Originally when I checked in I was put in a building where the elevator was out of service, so we had to carry everything up the stairs to our room. When we got to our room it was not clean, no hot water, construction going on in the building and outside the building, the phone didn’t work to call front desk. I called from my cell and was told they couldn’t do anything. I called the main office and the next morning the moved my family to a different room. It was clean, elevator worked, hot water, etc. The pools were unable to be used still however. We won’t be staying here again, I appreciate that they moved us but it still should not have took the 5 phone calls to get it done, they should ensure elevators are working and rooms are cleaned prior to guest check in. After we were moved the experience was better but still not what we were expecting.
