You will be spoiled at this spacious condo in Panama City that boasts floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the entirety of the living area and primary bedroom! The crystal clear water and warm breeze will have you slipping into relaxation mode when you are out on the large furnished balcony with a drink of your choice. The full kitchen sports modern appliances and ample counter space to make a family-favorite recipe with ease! Head on down to the shared pool or make your way to the beach just steps away for a day in the sun. If you don't want to leave the pool area at dinner time, take advantage of the shared grill area to throw on a few burgers! As the night comes to a close, cozy up on the plush sofa and watch a movie on the TV until everyone is dozing off to the sound of the tide.

It will be hard to convince yourself to leave this sanctuary but venture out a little and you will be able to experience all that Panama City has to offer. If you are looking for a bit of nature and serenity, head down to Camp Helen State park where you will find hiking trails and stunning views of both the Gulf and Lake Powell. For more of a city experience, head the opposite direction and make a day out of Pier Park, a shoppers dream with local cuisine. Be sure to check what is going on at Aaron Bessant Amphitheater, as it hosts musical artists and festivals year-round!

The condo was very nice. I loved the views and the corner windows. The elevators were really fast and you never had to wait on them. We parked across the road and that was fine with me, the parking garage was a little small for a full size suv to maneuver around in. Over all we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again.

This unit has an amazing view of the ocean and city! It is also in a great location, right next to some kid-friendly spots for swimming in the ocean (where sand bars tone down the waves). The management was excellent, and responded to any issues or questions we had right away. Would definitely stay here again!

Fridge was not cold, call to have it fixed, no one showed up. Decorations were out dated and crooked on every wall. Microwave had tape keeping it together. Sink sprayer was broke. Main bathroom shower faucet fell off the first day. Great view.

The rental was awesome. I was so surprised how clean the condo was being so close to the beach everything was spotless. The views are beautiful and you couldn't be in a better location. Furniture was a little outdated and one of the headboard was not attached to the bed frame it was just leaning against the wall. But other then that the place was beautiful the condo was great the location was great and the way they keep the property was great. I would highly recommend staying here. We definitely will be back. Shout out to the cleaning crew for doing an amazing job on cleaning 🙌 👏

The view of the beach is amazing. It’s great to be able to walk right out to the beach. The condo needs some updates with its decor. The cleaning was subpar as the master bed still had sand and dirt on the sheets, several light bulbs were out and the cleaning rags were left behind on the counter and the bathtub in the guest bathroom was clogged.

It was moderately clean when we got there. The surfaces were wiped down, but the handles from the fridge were dirty. Everyone's feet turned black after walking on the floor so we had to mop them with water. It helped but if you didn't wear socks in the room, your feet were dirty when you got in bed. The master bathroom shower handle was broken off and they had to come fix it during our stay. They left a handle for it so we could use it but it kept falling off. The tint on the large windows was torn in several places, giving the living room a run down feeling. The first night we realized there was a water leak in the front bedroom closet and it got some of our bags wet. We washes the bedsheets upon arrival and one of the mattress covers had a stain on it that looked like urine. The rest of the building was clean and nice. The balcony offered fantastic views. The beach wasn't very crowded, and it was very quiet at night. Overall, it was a pretty average place. I would probably stay there again, but I would come a day early to make sure everything was clean.

This room had beautiful views with all of the windows. We did have some issues with one of the beds leaning down hill and not being very comfortable. The furniture furnishings we felt could have been a little more updated for the price that we paid to rent this unit. There were no instructions for any of the tv's on how to operate them, we had to put our own batteries in some of the remote controls. We would consider staying in this condo again, but would probably take a different route when making the reservations. We were told something different about any questions we had from each Vacasa agent that we spoke with. We received the text about checking in around midnight our first night there. I had to call on several different occasions to get the email sent to myself and the other guest to get our vehicles registered for parking. I feel like there could be better comunications among the staff of Vacasa when communicating with customers.

The condo was spacious, beach area wasn't too crowded. We did have some problems though. Only 1 of the 4 tvs worked correctly. Most remotes had no backs or batteries and weren't connected to cable like they were supposed to be. We had multiple light bulbs that flickered so badly that we just didnt use those lights. The beds were not comfortable. The toilets did not flush well, at times wouldn't flush at all, and the showers in 2 of the 3 bathrooms didn't drain. We called about the problems and were told someone would be in touch but that never happened. It was spacious which was nice with our large family. There was a broken lock on one of the balcony doors though, which was a problem if you have small kids like us. When going to the pool at night, we were hovered by the guy coming to close it 20-25 minutes before closing time. He would come in and walk around then sit in the closest chair to us... like he was trying to scoot us out early. It made things awkward and uncomfortable. It did have a nice view. The tint on all the floor to ceiling windows needed to be replaced though. It had rips and lines in it that made it look like the window itself was cracked. Vacasa was not the greatest to get ahold of or talk to when you needed information or help with anything. They say they offer late checkout, but we were told no even though no one was checking in the day we were due to checkout. Overall, I would not recommend.

First did not send app to register cars till 2 hours before check in had to call and convice them they did not send. App was defective 4 hours 15 calls later got it DONE. No one on site looked for security for 45 min to make sure our cars were not towed never found him no number to call. Several previous review mentioned only 2 coffee cups no baking sheet and no pot holders. I asked about them and Vacasa told me it was taken care , when we got there it was not. The massive Windows that give you the beautiful view had the tint peeling with hunks out and long streaks hindering your view especialy when moisture got in there and fogged them up. The bed saged in the middle down about 2 inches from the floorthe small east facing Bedroom. After talking with 5 different People and several call they brought sone cups and pot holders and baking sheet. I am convinced from other reviews had I not repeatedly call them it would not have hapened. Then Wednesday mor coffee pot went out. Thursday at 9:30 AM still no coffee pot, we had to buy our own. If you do not have a coffee pot its not because they were not told. If your bed falls with you they have been told and shown to them. The previous 3 years we stayed in Plazzo 1408 same floor oposite end and much much better condo and owner handled the few issues quickley. I would not stay here if i had other choices for same price. Do not take a chance on spoiling your yearly family vacation as our was. It seems Vacasa will put you off not giving you what you are promised just to save money. This is a high end property and 1401 does not meet the standards. You may want to research Vacasa before you rest from them.

The view was everything we hoped for. We never turned the television on and never even thought about it. The rooms were clean and there was plenty of space for everyone. The beach was also family friendly and less party crowd thankfully. Small critique: needs more than 2 tiny coffee cups for a 6 person room. Maybe also a not good idea not to charge $40 to park when I just spent thousands for the room. Pretend you’re giving me free parking

14th floor of condo and 7 out of 10 floor to ceiling windows were cracked and siliconed!!! Not a very “safe” situation. Rusted vents, cracked microwave door!! Very very disappointed. No staff on site, the staff that was there were rude, Too much money for this level of quality!!
