This 1st floor Sand Castle Cabana/Studio is a bright and newly furnished studio conveniently located directly across from the fine white-quartz sand and clear Gulf waters of Panama City Beach! Perfect for 1-2 guests and includes a fully-stocked kitchenette, a sitting area with SMART TV, full bath, closet, and a patio. In addition to being located directly across from Public Beach Access 76B, Sand Castle Cabana is located in a walkable area close to restaurants and shops and is a short drive to Pier Park, additional shopping, and Panama City Beach's local attractions.

1. Must be at least 25 years of age to rent the property.

2. No smoking.

3. Pets are not allowed inside the property or on the grounds.

4. Quiet hours - 9:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M.

5. Please respect our home as well as our neighbors. Simply put, we ask that you will treat both as you would your own.

*If house rules #1, 2, 3, and/or 4 are violated, guests will be asked to leave the property immediately and forfeit any refund. Also, a violation of house rule #4 will result in the guests being charged $600 for deep cleaning of the property.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION - 5-night stay minimum.
