• 5-min. walk to the GHBR Beach House with an ocean view swimming pool, restrooms, & private beach access. Grab some delicious breakfast or lunch at the restaurant while visiting the beach!

-Toilet paper, 1 new roll in each bathroom
-Laundry detergent, 2 pods
-Paper towel, 1 new roll
-Dishwasher soap, 2 pods
-Kitchen trash can liners, 2 liners
-Kitchen wash cloth
-Sponge & scrubber pad
-Dawn dish soap

• Limited Parking - there are two designated parking spaces in front of our Beach Home. If you wish to rent a golf cart, it must be parked in one the parking spaces
• No boats, trailers, or commercial vehicles allowed.
• Check in at 4pm, check out by 10am.
• Gulf Highlands Beach Resort rules apply & can be found on their website.
• Quiet hours are 11pm - 7am.
• No smoking.
• No parties or events.
• Registered guests only. No unauthorized pets.
• For your safety and ours there are exterior security cameras with motion activated recording. No covering, altering, disabling, or tampering with the security cameras.
• No subletting, renter must be 25 years of age and must be present during the entire stay.
• Cleaning fee covers regular departure clean; any excessive cleaning will result in an additional fee.
• Report any damages immediately. Any damages that exceed the deposit must be paid for by the guest.
• Consider purchasing travel insurance for unexpected last-minute emergencies or weather events preventing you from traveling.
