This three bedroom, two bathroom condo with a bonus room sleeps up to eight guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed, a spacious bathroom with a garden tub and a private gulf-front balcony. A comfy, king size bed in the second bedroom, bunk beds in the bonus room and a queen sleeper sofa in the expansive living room means the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

Our family of 6 had a great stay. We’ve been to Panama City three times and this property was our best trip. Conveniently located to shops and restaurants, wal Mart etc. the pool and splash pad were the kids favorite!

The stay was great. The mattress in the main room was very uncomfortable, please also get a Vacuum for the u nit as it would help prevent getting sand all over the place.

Great relaxation and fun at the Boardwalk Resort. Condo was very nice and conveniently located with easy access. This 3rd floor unit was perfectley located over pool which made keeping an eye on family(Grandkids)easy. Great view of Ocean....

So much space in this condo. The bonus room with the bunk beds was perfect! Family of 8 with three adults all had places to sleep. Pools and hot tubs were great for the kids and the beach was a great escape too. Loved the more eastern side of PCB… far enough away from the crazy crowd more west. Great place to stay!

The overall experience was great. The condo was as described and very clean and spacious. Gorgeous views and close to everything.The only problems was I paid extra for a second parking pass and had to fill our too much paperwork for a two night stay. Other than that we would stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always love the beach and being in a convenient location makes the whole experience awesome. We had 7 people in our group and there was plenty of room,beds were all very comfy, and the unit had everything we needed. Overall was good. I recommend bringing some extra items like toilet paper and trash bags, hand soap. I'm accustomed to there being a little extra items at a condo but maybe due to Covid they just don't leave anything anymore. The unit was clean and convenient to the elevators. They pool area has been redone and was nice. The door code did change a little earlier than check out so make sure you don't get locked out. I would stay there again.

The unit is laid out well, but if you’re looking for comfort don’t stay here! Beds and sofa are hard as rocks. Bring your own pillows! Not enough seating in living room, as the table and chairs are so big they take up half the room. One little leather chair off on the side, that is broken and wobbly. The balcony is small and the table out there is WAY too big. The unit is sparsely equipped with cooking tools. Frying pans are thin and cheap. The property and pool are big and nice!

The condo was very large, clean, and conveniently located on the third floor. Awesome views and large balcony. Pool was nice. Check in process was easy also. Boardwalk is conveniently located on Thomas Drive near Front Beach Road.

Weather was great condo was great! Rented chairs on the beach one day, a group of 30+ adults set up their tents chairs and boombox (with rap) not a fan, between us and the gulf completely lost our view 😒 not exactly a fun day otherwise a great stay

The location is convenient and the room was clean. But the furnishings are very worn and outdated. The balcony door wouldn’t close all the way unless locked. We stopped in the office to request maintenance, no one ever came. The resort needs lots of fresh paint and a good cleaning.
