E1403 3 Pools, Beautiful Gulf View, Gated Condo

E1403 is a two bedroom large floor plan that will accommodate up to seven guests with its spacious 1289 sq. feet floor plan and fully furnished.

The living room has a flat screen TV/cable with a DVD player and stereo system, a queen sized sofa sleeper, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. There is also a sleeper chair.

The dining area includes a table that seats six, along with a bar that seats two. The kitchen is fully equipped and has new cabinets and nice counter tops and appliances.

The Master bedroom has a King size bed, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a flat screen TV/cable & DVD player, & sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. The guest bedroom has one queen size bed, a sleeper chair, a flat screen TV/cable, and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

There is carpet in the bedrooms and tile throughout the remainder, a washer/dryer, and the balcony is furnished with two large tables, one small table, with six chairs and one lounge chair. View-Faces the water for the most part however it is slightly angled to the East as shown in the pictures and has a view of the water.
