If you are looking for unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from every room in your condo, this unit is for you! This lovely Seachase condominium boasts 1,400 square feet of living space with 2 gulf front master suites, one on each end of the unit and a pull out sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has a King bed and its own full bathroom and spacious walk-in closet. The generous sized, gulf front living/dining area and kitchen are located in the center of the unit. It has a fully equipped kitchen with range oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, microwave, and a full sized washer and dryer. Every room has floor-to-ceiling windows, totaling 60 feet of wall-to-wall views of the gulf. Watch the beautiful sunsets while relaxing on your large, private balcony. (Please note, the living room & master bedroom's vertical blinds have been removed and updated with curtains.)

Seachase is a small condominium complex located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Due to its size, there is little to no elevator wait. Covered parking is available on-site. Located less than 2 miles west of Pier Park which boasts 124 shops, a variety of restaurants, The Grand IMAX movie theater, Dave & Buster's, The Skywheel, & a variety of other dining and entertainment options.

The condo is in the quiet west end of Panama City. The location is fantastic, parking is plentiful, and the large wall of windows overlooking the ocean cannot be beat. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back.

You simply can't beat the view...floor to ceiling windows in every room showcase the beautiful ocean. Most beaches are packed with people, but the beach at the Seachase is so serene. This room is great for traveling adult couples. We each had a king size bed, our own bathroom, and plenty of closet space.

Only complaints was no blinds in the living space and the blinds did not work in the bedrooms and were falling apart .I was told that it was due to the damage from the last hurricane and that they needed to be replaced. We had no privacy in the bedrooms . People on the beach could see in. My sister had to sleep in the living room with no blinds . I would not stay in this unit again unless the blinds were replaced. Popcorn was on the bed spreads from who ever stayed last . I missed the manager being in the office downstairs like in the past . Still the best view of the beach and not a high rise condo.

We originally wanted to stay 4 nights but I think everyone is following the same policy of not renting out to anyone staying less than a week. I will say that the unit was the best layout plan of any place. We did have trouble with one of the commodes in the smaller bath. The whole unit could use updating but was clean except for some dirt in some areas. I would like to rent a different unit the next time because we did like lots of qualities about this place. For anyone having mobility problems I would not suggest this unit because the elevator is too far away and on the other end where we were at was steps and the trash shute which made a lot of noise when someone was putting trash in there. The Door slamming shut echoes loud. Would like to stay here only in a different unit the next time. Balcony furniture needs updating also. Two of the chairs that swiveled were actually broken. I don't think anyone reports this so I am so the owners will be aware. We did complain about the commode and mattress's to staff but we know the mattresses would take longer than issue with the commode. Nothing was ever done about the commode.

But owner in unit 504 has to do some upgrades.The best if change all old furniture. 1.Need change dining table( can buy used one in FB market place) to ugly.2.Change toilet bowl in second room.3. For building managers they need to do some cosmetic remodeling and repainting.

The location is perfect! The view is fabulous & the beach wasn’t crowded. Suggestions we would make: replace the mattress in the bedroom with 2 sinks. The tub doesn’t drain well in that bathroom. Maintenance contacted us 1st to resolve the problem which was great customer service so it must be ongoing. Maybe put drain cleaner down there every other guest to help. The closet with beach stuff was nice to have. A tent & couple of beach chairs would be a great enhancement to what’s already there. The beach chairs on beach are nice. If you rent them there is a discount for multiple days. We loved the floor to ceiling windows with both bedrooms having a gulf view king size bed. The balcony is very nice. It could use a table for the high chairs & a ceiling fan would helpful when the sun is blazing that way. There were 3 of us so lots of room to have your own space. It would be a great place for 2 couples to vacation at. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to PCB!

Two easy outdoor showers and pool bathroom showers were great. I was disappointed in the expense and service aspect from the beach chair worker. $250 for 6 days of chairs seems high after you pay for the condo. That could have easily worked itself into the cost of the condo at the time of booking but I don’t remember being given that option. As for the condo, parking is great. No security cameras for the covered areas though. No outdoor grill available. Even the lowest brand of Marriott hotels that I stay at for business has that. Our condo, 504C was a 2 bed 2 bath and huge! Great windows and patio! Flooring was old tile and very slippery when wet. Appliances were outdated and trash compactor was not working but still installed. Came with microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Utensils and plates were non uniform but ok. Couches were lumpy. Dining table was okay. Beds were comfy but furniture was very outdated and scratched. All TV’s were first gen flat screen and terrible picture. Good condo for our first time, but we’ll be upgrading next time to one that’s better appointed.
