This is a privately owned condo, and the furnishings are very nice. Newly painted, New Flooring installed tile & LVP (No Carpet). We decorated this condo to be your choice for all your trips to the gulf coast. It was furnished with comfort in mind so you can truly relax. Living room has two large leather sofas which have recliners on each side. Plus 2 comfortable swivel chairs. Two extra seating chairs all in front of the balcony for views.

Let the chef in you come out in this amazing, updated chef's kitchen., fully stocked even has a slow cooker, air fryer. Make your meals while at the beach or only in minutes after you return. Enjoy the Dining area, as there is a spot for everyone to enjoy meals.
