Welcome to the best complex in Panama City Beach! With so many restaurants on site, a private boardwalk, a Vegas style fountain show every night, Laketown is one of the most well equipped beach complexes your family can enjoy a wonderful vacation in. With a private gated beach access, the condo is just a short walk to the sand and Pineapple Willies, the famous beach front dining.
This gulf front unit offers some of the best views you can get of the beach. Enjoy the breeze from the privacy of your own balcony and your favorite beverage in hand.
The condo has been beautifully decorated with brand new furniture installed in Decemvber 2020. The beds are extremely comfortable, so you can get a good night sleeps and rejuvenate during your vacation. The master suite is also facing the gulf, you can awake to the most gorgeous vistas in the morning.
The kitchen flows right into the living area, with its very open and spacious floor plan, so everyone can enjoy the best family gatherings and create beautiful memories for the years to come. You will find everything you need in the kitchen for a home cooked meal, fully equipped with the latest gadgets and appliances.
Laketown Wharf offers THE Resort style vacation, from the five unique pools, 52,000 square feet of lakefront boardwalk, a fully equipped fitness center, covered parking, miniature golf, an on-site market/bistro, on-site dining options and flexible meeting spaces for conferences, to weddings and other group functions. There is really no reason to leave, other than the beach experience you can find across the street.
Phenomenal setting offering panoramic elevators, you cannot find anywhere else, heated pools, kiddie pools. Vegas style fountain show every night.

CHECK IN TIMES: Check in time is after 4:30 pm, due to extremely long waits at the elevators or traffic , housekeeping teams are trying to service all units as fast as possible, but please note that there may be delays on busy days. Please, take that into consideration before booking and be patient if they are still working in your unit. Over 98% of units are ready for arrival at 4:30. No refunds will be given due to delays caused by these factors.

Everything you need is here

Didn’t leave the property, everything we needed was close by. Walmart across the street and pineapple willys across the street. Strait line to beach. Elevators busy but to be expected.
