Located on the 18th floor, it's just the right level for the spectacular Gulf of Mexico views and high enough to be away from the pool noise. The unit has 1380 square feet, 9 foot ceilings, crown molding, ceiling fans and tile flooring throughout the entire condo.

The spacious Living Room has a wonderful view of the Gulf and features a comfortable sofa, two chairs with ottomans & a ceiling fan. You can also enjoy free wireless internet and a 51 inch Samsung HDTV. The fully equipped Kitchen features newer appliances, granite countertops, and has everything you need to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner at home. The Dining area has comfortable seating for 8 along with 3 bar stools. The Dining area also features a tropical chandelier.

The Master Bedroom has a KING size bed with a high quality mattress, a ceiling fan and a 43 inch Vizio HDTV. Enjoy the spectacular views of the emerald coast with floor to ceiling windows and a separate entrance to the balcony. The en-suite Master Bathroom has a walk-in closet, double vanity, separate shower and a large Jacuzzi tub.

The BUNK ROOM features a twin/full bunk bed, a door that separates it & a TV making it perfect for kids of all ages!
