Welcome to your home away from home at Emerald Isle (Panama City Beach) #1105. This two-bedroom two-bathroom vacation rental offers sleeping accommodations for up to six guests. You are sure to love the furnished balcony. This spot is the perfect backdrop for alfresco dining and breathtaking 11th-floor views!

A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and all the necessary cookware you’ll need to craft homemade meals, is right at your fingertips. A breakfast bar and separate dining area make the perfect place to enjoy a family meal together or host a game night. The living room offers two reclining leather sofas, a Smart TV, and views of the Gulf below. Slide open the glass door and take in the soothing sounds of rolling emerald waves. There is also a host of beach toys, books, and table games for you in the dining room!

Both bedrooms offer lavish en-suite bathrooms and enough room to unwind and unpack during your stay. The master bedroom even offers direct balcony access.

Emerald Isle Panama City Beach is a lively complex with a lot to do for guests. Indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub are available along with a large sundeck and outdoor grills. One pool is heated seasonally (November to Memorial Day weekend). If you prefer to break a sweat on vacation, tennis courts, a fitness room, sauna, and poolside steam room are all available to you here. Watersports rentals and beach service rentals are available for a fee as well.

When you are ready to get out and explore, check out a local ecotourism spot where you can enjoy the water and learn about our local environment. While Southern provides you an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

*All vehicles must have a valid guest parking pass which can be obtained from Guest Registration in unit 406. The fee is $40 (includes one parking pass and six wristbands). Each additional vehicle registered will be $40.

Not helpful

The condo itself was beautiful. Our fire alarm went off for 2 days with not help from guest services. We had to sleep 2 nights with no electricity in our bedrooms to shut off the fire alarm. The thermostat was locked and we could not lower the temp past 70. We will not be staying here again.

Great place

We have stayed at Emerald Isles for the last 3 years and are scheduled back next May. The location is perfect, quiet, but close enough to anything we need. We love Mike's Oyster Bar and Salty Sue's restaurants, great food and really close location. We did bring a card table and chairs as the high table and chairs are not comfortable for us to eat and play cards. Any concerns we had were dealt with quickly and professionally. We love it!

Fantastic time

We come to Panama City every year. Normally we come from a Saturday to Saturday, but we were unable to this time. We used VRBO because they gave us a different timeframe that worked with our schedule. We couldn’t have been happier with the property and the property management communication. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Highly recommend!

We’ve vacationed at Emerald Isle for a few years now and this unit is probably my favorite! Well decorated, very clean, love the chain lock inside for extra security, especially for littles. The bunk beds were a hit with our kids. Only issues were that the laundry room door is off track and there was not laundry detergent or dish soap provided. The Southern Vacation staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Serene Paradise

We had a wonderful week in PCB! This unit did not disappoint! The condo is located on the 11th floor of Emerald Isle and has a spectacular view! There are 4 elevators and we never had to wait longer than 30 seconds for one to arrive. The management company was very thorough and detailed with all communications and prompt to answer any questions. Emerald Isle is located on the quieter end of the strip, which was perfect. We were surprised by the comfort of the beds as we haven't enjoyed that comfort away from home in quite some time. We never go to the same place twice, otherwise I would say we would definitely stay here again!

Nice beach

Condo was just a little ways away from the hustle and bustle which was nice Got the emails for check in well before arriving with all the info. Wasn't mention of parking situation or having to check in at office to get wristbands, figured that out on my own... at least i dont remeber mention in emails... you can park in any un marked spot and have to check in at office for parking pass and everyone needs a wristband while on property for duration of stay....as with all parking garages, very tight squeeze... Pools were great and clean. Beach right out the back door... Security was nice The negative part was the condo was not clean when I arrived.... I called southern rentals explained the situation and requested a comp on my cleaning fee which was granted... Overall everything was as expected

Perfect place!

This condo was the perfect space for our family of 5. My husband, myself, our grown son (24) and our two younger children. (13 & 9). It was beautifully decorated, kitchen fully stocked, very clean, and the balcony was amazing! This unit is located on the 11th floor directly in front of the 4 very fast elevators. There was 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, 6 beach towels and even a few sand toys provided. We bought more toys for the week and left them for the next family to enjoy. The building was clean, there were staff outside everyday cleaning the elevators, the pools, and spraying sand from the showers constantly. They work hard to keep the place nice. The parking was a little cramped but there is a parking garage right across the street that had plenty of room. We parked there the whole time and walked over the crosswalk bridge. The only things I needed to buy for the condo was laundry detergent, dish detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. We cooked alot and there were plenty of pots & pans. Even spices! We would definitely stay at this condo again. We stayed the first week of October. It wasn't crowded at and it is away from all the traffic. There is a WinnDixie about a mile from there that has everything you need for your stay. Also, I read a few bad reviews about security being rude? I didn't experience one rude staff member there. They all said hello in passing and didn't bother anyone.

Beautiful Condo with Amazing View!

Condo was exactly as it looked in the photos, which is always great! Clean and well-decorated; sheets were fresh and bathrooms were clean. My 80-year old mom enjoyed a lot of time on the balcony, looking at the water and people-watching. We love the location, as we feel it's the quieter end of the beach. No complaints at all...everything was great! Thanks for letting us stay!
