Gorgeous beach home has terrazzo floors with Oriental rugs and tasteful furniture that fill the living and sleeping areas. Bedrooms feature queen-size beds.

The large, glassed-in solarium (porch) of Villa Sounion serves as the third bedroom and overlooks the beach with fabulous views of the emerald water, dolphins, and exquisite gulf sunsets. Set on a bluff, wood decking and steps take you down to the gulf and crystal white sands. Fishing from the shores will ensure your dinner, and crabbing at dusk is an added bonus.
PLEASE NOTE: there is a four night minimum mid March through September and a four night minimum October through December.
Enjoy panoramic views of the emerald gulf in your private tropical home where you do not have to share walls with strangers. This home comes complete with your own private driveway and private parking. It is a quaint, older retro style stucco beach house that has been in our family for several generations and is reminiscent of past family beach holidays.
For those who golf, Panama City beach area has been chosen as the third best 'golf destination' in the nation
There is an option to split payments if necessary.

Lovely home in an amazing area.

Home as listed, well furnished, with everything our family of 5 needed to have a wonderful stay. We spent time in pcb and destin, but our favorite place was right in the back yard.

Great location with postcard view.

Located on 30A close to very nice dining and shopping. The beach is just steps away from the back door. Two bedrooms two bathrooms plus an additional sunroom that has a daybed and a futon. Full size washer and dryer. Check in/out was easy. We enjoyed our stay. The host was very polite.

We had a great time staying in this single family home. The house had plenty of room, was very clean and had such a gorgeous view. Stephanie was a great hostess and very quick to respond to any questions.

We had a lovely stay - it was not completely clean and the kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils and we had to buy a few lightbulbs......other than that it was a perfect spot.

Heaven on Earth

The stay was a senior trip of sorts for my daughter and a much needed getaway for me! We enjoyed our stay so much and hated to leave. The house was perfect for the four of us. Very private considering the location. The ocean views are amazing. We hope to come back to this area again someday!

We really enjoyed the location

We enjoyed staying at this property. The proximity to the ocean is great. You just walk down steps and you are there. We really liked being able to stay at a house vs. a condo for the space and privacy. Also, the beach is far less crowded in this area. It is very hard to find a good property that allows pets and that is what we found with this rental.

Great Location

The location cannot be beat. Private drive and private beach on a bluff over looking the Gulf. We want a "retro" 1950 kind of place - kind of kitschy and a little dilapidated and run down- but very comfortable and cozy. Stephanie is very easy to work with.

Real Florida Getaway

We had a great week at Sounion, a beautiful "Old Florida" beach house with a Florida room overlooking the emerald water and white sands of Seacrest. We loved the lounge chairs on the front patio set high on the dunes and the comfortable living areas inside. The driveway through the live oak alley brought us from bustle of 30-A to a serene and peaceful retreat. We had two couples and two dogs. We look forward to returning in 2024!

Great getaway

Great location! Loved our stay. Stephanie was quick to respond and offer tips of where to go in the area. The house was exactly as pictured, with updated TVs not shown in photos. Loved its charm as it reminded me of the house I grew up in that was built in the same era. Kids loved the sunroom, ate and played there. My daughter also preferred sleeping there instead of in the bedroom with her brother. We all loved our visit.

Happy Campers!

It’s hard to find a 2 bedroom 2 bath house on the beach. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and will stay again. It would be nice if the property came with bikes to use. We brought our own and enjoyed riding around. They do have them to rent nearby as well.

Excellent location. Owner very nice.

Decor of property very dated. Could use a facelift. Outside needs to be cleaned up and manicured. Bats in the fireplace. Dog was on edge the entire time and made it difficult to relax. Overall it was a nice place.

Stephanies house is just as described. Good location, very clean. May not be for everyone, but it was just what I was looking for and what I expected from the description. It is well stocked with most anything you will need. It definitely needs new mattresses, but otherwise was perfect.

The view never gets old!

We really enjoyed our stay! Stephanie was great at communicating and making sure we had all the information we needed for our stay. The view is unbeatable! We loved this cozy beach cottage! The location was perfect. We had privacy and our own beach access, but still only minutes to all the cute areas to eat and shop. It felt quieter which we liked! We enjoyed riding our bikes and found that was the best way to get around. We also loved having our Australian labrodoodle with us. Thank you Stephanie for sharing your family beach home with us. We hope to come back again soon.

Best beach location ever.

Location, location, location. Best beach experience ever. Private beach home weather was perfect all week. Beautiful beach. We hardly left the property except to get food. Publix less than 3 miles away. Grilled steaks, chargrilled oysters on the grill, cooked breakfast and supper on property. No issues at all with property. Two close friends joined us the last 2 days. Brought my fur baby, Janie. She got to walk on beach on hours allowed on a leash. She loved it. Stephanie is awesome. Home she keeps the family home so we can visit again in the future. June 22-27, 2024
