Bring the newspaper outside to the balcony overlooking the beach, and spend your days enjoying Tidewater Beach Resort's many amenities, including free seasonal beach service, multiple swimming pools and hot tubs, an arcade, a movie theater, and a gym with a sauna and steam room.

Pier Park is just over half a mile down the road, where you'll find 124 stores, restaurants and eateries, an IMAX movie theater, and countless other forms of entertainment. Head to Gulf World for a marine life encounter or Swampy Jack’s Wongo Adventure for amusement rides and go-karts. Downtown Panama City Beach is six miles east, as are Ripley's, ZooWorld, WonderWorks, and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf.

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
