It's all about the incredible corner position of this 16th-floor condo at Tidewater Beach Resort, where you'll have stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, the white sand beach, and unforgettable sunsets. This lovely space, which has been updated with travertine tile in the living area and bathrooms, includes a wrap-around balcony, free seasonal beach service, and resort amenities that include hot tubs, indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, and an arcade.

Pier Park is less than a mile east, where you can shop at over 100 stores, take a ride on the Panama City Beach Skywheel, play a few games at Dave & Buster's, or catch an IMAX movie. Get up close with the local marine life at Gulf World (one mile east), cool off from the summer heat at Shipwreck Island Waterpark (four miles east), and grab a bite to eat at Fatty’s Sandwich Shop, Diego’s Burrito Factory & Margarita Bar, or Barefoot Hideaway Grill.

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We loved the beautiful living space and three full baths. And, being right in the beach!!! Elevators were the only struggle. Allow for 20 minutes or so during peak times and at least 10-15 at other times.

We did not have issues with the elevators although we were there during the off season. The property was beautiful and very spacious! The convenient store on property was closed and I couldn’t find an employee that knew why, but again I assume it’s the off season. The beach ESC lovely and condo was exactly as described! Plenty of space.

This condo was clean and remodeled. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and condo was spacious! It is hard to tell from the virtual tour, the master is the bedroom with a beach view. The master bath has two vanity sinks, huge walk in shower with double shower heads, and big walk in closet. The other two bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The only time we had an issue with the elevator was at check in time, 5:00 on a Saturday. Otherwise, during spring break, the wait to go up was not bad. We always walked down the stairs. (One time trying to walk up 16 flights of stairs about did us in!). The parking garage has plenty of parking, even for large SUVs. The condo includes two beach chairs with an umbrella and we rented two more. They are nice chairs that lay down flat. I would rent this condo again!

Lovely home and view. However, the lint catcher was broken and kept snagging our clothes and ruined two bathing suits. Also, the box spring on one of the beds, in the bedroom with two beds, appears to be broken. Everything else was very nice.

We loved the spacious home and the large balcony looking down on the beach. The balcony furniture needs to be upgraded as it is falling apart. The floors needed to be swept and cleaned as there were stains on the carpet in the master bedroom. The beds in the 3rd bedroom need to have the mattresses and box springs replaced as they were horrible. Absolutely loved the master bath. The elevators take forever. There is a 3rd elevator but cleaning employees keep it locked for their use. Vacasa was very easy to deal with and communicated frequently and will definitely use them again. Prefer to stay in a smaller complex. The employees at tidewater need a friendlier personality. Especially the guy who checks the carts in and out. Thank you for a great long weekend!

Excellent and neat unit! Beautiful view! Nice furniture, curtains, dining table and great space. Master bedroom is great, spacious, beautiful, and comfortable. The second bedroom (with King bed) is also great but not as spacious. The third bedroom with twin beds has good space and a nice smaller bathroom. Single beds are not too comfortable (mattresses bent in the middle). Elevators work fine but waiting time sometimes is pretty bad. It can be just a few minutes or up to 40 minutes. Advice: always press up and down buttons, so you can get into it.

First off...we were there Wednesday thru Monday and there was no wait for elevators except one time during Friday afternoon check in hours, and even then it was less than 5 mins wait. So don't let those reviews scare you off from Tidewater. This corner unit was perfect with lots of room and great balcony space. The kitchen was well equipped for basic cooking needs. The unit was very well cleaned when we arrived, no heavy chemical smell just a nice "clean" smell. The master bed was extremely comfortable and the large double-headed shower was fabulous after a long hot day on the beach. Tidewater is a perfect location for visiting Pier Park if you prefer to walk. We walked down the beach a couple of times, stopping for a pineapple drink at Hook'd and eating lunch at Margaritaville. It's the perfect distance for a stroll to the pier, morning or night.

Condo is a great size for a large family. We had plenty of room. Just know that as of now the refrigerator doesn’t make ice. That was only a slight problem for us. The next day we just bought ice. The condo is very pretty and was well equipped for our needs. The views of the ocean were great.
