With large picture windows that frame a sweeping view of Panama City Beach and the Gulf of Mexico, this condo at the gulf-front Tidewater Beach Resort will place you right where you want to be. Head downstairs to enjoy complimentary seasonal beach service on 600 feet of sugar-white sand, as well as resort facilities that include multiple pools, hot tubs, a 4,300-square-foot fitness center, a well-appointed game room, and a movie theater.

Spend a day (or several) enjoying the countless amusements of Pier Park (three-quarters of a mile east), which is home to more than 100 stores, the Emerald Coast Mirror Maze, an IMAX theater, and the Panama City Beach Skywheel. The Russell-Fields Pier is less than a mile east, Gulf World is one mile east, and the Signal Hill Golf Course is six miles east. If you're looking to take a drive along the shore, head 11 miles east to St. Andrews State Park to soak in some of the most beautiful natural landscapes on the Emerald Coast.

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful holiday

Views are great from this condo, having a beach chair and umbrella was wonderful. The sofa still needs replacing and the chairs on the balcony will need to be replaced very soon. I looked for an extra blanket and hair dryer but could not find one. Check in/out was very easy. Enjoyed our stay.

Great stay except for housekeeping

The stay was great. All the employees at Tidewater are so helpful and cheerful. We already knew about the issue with the elevators because it is explained and expected. My only issue was the housekeeping. When we arrived in the condo, of course after a long drive I had to use the restroom and the seat was up and the rim had urine spots all over it. The other issue was the floor. It was gritty and really dirty like it had not been swept or mopped throughout the entire condo. And the last issue was the counters and table. The counters were all sticky and the glass table had not been windexed. Since it was 1:30 am when we arrived, I just went ahead and cleaned all myself. Other than that, the condo was great.

Couch is TRASH, bed is TRASH, bunks we good for kids,dryer so clogged up it took 200 min DANGEROUS!

I’m 33 yea old and a single father of 2. This was my first vacation ever after working all my life and I looked at many different places looking for a place with either a sunrise or a sunset over the ocean I could see from my balcony. Picture 11 of 29 looks to show you would get just that but “evidently” at the end of July you don’t. (Even tho it looks photo cropped if you look at the handrail) just seems like false advertisement but they swore it was legit. The couches and the full size bed needed replaced 5 years ago, the bunk beds were good for the kids tho just in an odd spot in nook by main entrance. The heat/air register (vent) in the bedroom rattled constantly. The shower curtain smelled horribly (soured) from all the use and no one washed it. Dishes were not properly clean. The dryer and dryer vent is so stopped up with lint it took over 200 min to dry a small load of clothes, which could lead to a fire if not fixed. The balcony sliding glass door was very hard to open, my 60 yr old aunt could barley open it The View was great (other then no sunset or sunrise) and location was great with a lot of fun things to do at the resort and close by. Elevators are ridiculous with extremely long wait times.

Worn Out

Eastern Corner Unit has beautiful views. Mattress is horrible. Two sinkholes with a ridge in the middle. Twin mattresses are not much better. Both couches in living area are old, uncomfortable, and dirty. Light under microwave didn't work. Enough silverware for 4 only. Hassle trying to get registration completed. Internet down when arrived so issued temporary passes for wrist and parking. Next day agent wanted to charge me again for registration. Spent 2 hours getting that cleared up. Had better check in experience when Wyndam Resorts handled the units. Getting hit with 2 registration fees was frustrating - one for Vacasa and the other for Tidewater.

Good stay.

Everything went well. I would have preferred an earlier check-in time than 4:00 pm. Had to wait a long time for available elevators. In the morning my elevator wait time was up to an hour. Couch seat in the living room had pee stains. Otherwise it was a nice stay. Will come back and stay again in the future.

Neverending Views

We loved that it was an end unit with gulf, city, and north views. The 17th floor views were endless! The unit was clean and an elevator was conveniently located just a few steps away. Hint: Tidewater is a huge 30-story condominium that can be quite busy in the summer. There are two centrally-located elevators which are very busy and can take quite a long time. There is also an elevator on each end of the tower which are far less busy. The unit itself was awesome! Our 5-year old son loved the bunk beds. The heated indoor pool was our primary reason for choosing Tidewater in the winter, and our son had a blast. We only had two minor complaints about our stay. First was that the dryer vent needs cleaned out, clothes took forever to dry. Second was that house keeping showed up at 9am when checkout was 10am. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Stay somewhere else!

The problems started as soon as we got there. Room was not ready at check in time, had to wait almost 2 more hours to get in the room. Once we were able to access the room, the sheets in the master bedroom were dirty. I was told by the front desk that they didn't have access to the linens and it would be the next day. About 30 minutes later I received a call from the front desk and they had miraculously gained access to the linens. The unit still had sand on the floors and needed additional cleaning once we got in there. The couch in this unit is literally the worst couch we have ever sat on. It feels like you have springs going up your backside the whole time you are sitting there. It is definite need of an upgrade. The elevators in this place are a nightmare to say the least. We spent upwards of 25 minutes at a time waiting for elevators on certain days. They were not all working the entire time of our stay. At one point a storm came and they employees locked all entrances except one which meant you had hundreds of people funneled to one entrance. The line for the elevators was out the building and ran down the boardwalk. We ended up having to take the stairs to the 17th floor, if not we would have been waiting for an elevator for hours. The wait for a luggage cart was 45mins- 1hour. Do what we did and bring your utility wagon, it saved us tons of time. Take your hard earned money and go stay somewhere else. My family and I will definitely never be back to Tidewater.
