Horizon South unit 42H is your home away from home! This 1 bedroom 1 bath unit can sleep up to 4 people and is on the second floor. This unit features a master bedroom with king bed and twin built-in bunks in the hallway. This unit is conveniently located in the middle of the Horizon South complex in between the beach access and onsite clubhouse. Amenities of this condo include fully equipped kitchen and complimentary WiFi.

Horizon South has (4) pools which are heated seasonally. The pool and clubhouse are just steps from this unit. Guests can relax in the hot tubs or spend some time on the tennis courts, challenge each other to shuffle board and enjoy putt-putt which are all located onsite in this gated community.

Pier Park, only 2 miles away from Horizon South and a features shopping, dining and entertainment. Situated in the center of Panama City Beach, you are just moments away from championship golf courses, deep sea fishing charters, St. Andrew’s State Park, Frank Brown Park, Aaron Bessant Park and Gulf World Marine Park.

Armbands: $20.00 each per 7 days
Parking Passes: $25.00 per vehicle (maximum of 2) per 10 days

Horizon South 42H

Unfortunately my experience with this rental was not a good one. Dirty floors, dirty dishes and a broken toilet that was only half repaired and not in a timely manor. I will never rent this unit or give a recommendation.

Worst VRBO experience ever

This property is in a good location, unfortunately the unit was lacking in the following areas:- there was air in water lines that I had to get out-there was only one wash cloth provided -there were dirty dishes in dishwasher -the shower was not clean -the bed is very uncomfortable -the tv, when working, doesn’t have network or sports channels unless you pay for a streaming service I reported this to the property management company with a voicemail that was never returned and 7 contacts through VRBO and never received a reply I would not recommend this property

Was good Lil quiet room. Cleanliness was not that good. Dishes was left in sink. Sand all over floor

A nice place but it was noisy

I thought the property was nice but since it was close to the pool and basketball court, there was noise from sun up till 10:30ish every night of our stay. (Granted, this was 4th of July weekend) I found it weird that we had to plug in half the lamps and the cable box power when we got there too. Also, read all of the descriptions for the property! There is a $20 per person charge for mandatory wrist bands (although I never saw a single person wearing one). I’m not sure how they expect you to wear a single band over the entire course of your stay, so maybe it’s not really enforced once they collect their fee. In short, it’s not my cup of tea. The price was reasonable and the place was comfortable enough, but I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

Love this gated area!!

Arm bands are $20 each not $5 like the email stated. It all worked out though. You get 2 free parking passes. Everyone was very friendly.

Great unit, quiet location.

Excellent location and quiet neighborhood. Unit clean, missing some linens, no washcloths left in the unit all. Not many basic cooking essentials avail. either but that wasn't a big deal as we did not cook while there. Overall would recommend and would book again.

Our last booking thru VRBO, communication w property manager was unacceptable.

We had four groups come down and all but one had issues w communication w the property manager. The unit was clean but had dirty dishes in the dishwasher and in the drawer. The cable box was unplugged in three of the units. I had to go help family members get the tv working. I’m guessing cleaning crew forgot to plug back in. Also one cable remote doesn’t work due to corroded batteries. We stay here every year and this has been the opposite experience from what we are used to. The pools weren’t very clean either. We requested to add an additional night three times. The unit was initially available but after delays from the property manager the unit was booked by the time they finally responded.

Our Beach Vacation 2019

Had a wonderful experience all around!! Thank you for being professional and informative. Our condo at Horizon South on Front Beach Road; PCB was clean and beautifully decorated. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you for giving us a wonderful experience 🏝🐚

The condo was a good size for us . I think the cleaning crew didn’t clean the bathtub and dishes

We enjoyed the stay at condo , close to a lot of things . The condo was a good size and neat , just could have been cleaner due to bathroom wasn’t clean and the dishwasher still had dirty dishes in it . Overall we would stay again , think they were in a rush to try to get done by 4:00 pm.
