Welcome to Inlet Sands, a studio condominium situated in Inlet Beach at the Inlet Sands Condominiums. Just a mere two-minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico, this unit offers a picturesque view overlooking the pool and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.

This second-floor studio features a queen Murphy bed, twin bunk beds built into the hallway, and a private balcony affording views of the pool. The queen-sized Murphy bed discreetly tucks into the spacious living room/dining room area. The unit boasts a full-size kitchen equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops.

Guests can enjoy a range of amenities in the complex, including beach access located a convenient 500 feet away, a swimming pool, a gazebo, and laundry facilities. Ideal for a couples retreat or a peaceful getaway, this condo provides a perfect setting for relaxation.

Everything you need close to the beach. I would definitely stay there again love it. Very close to the beach and close to Rosemary beach 20 minute walk no driving needed if you won't exercise.

We enjoyed the ease of getting to the beach, which is about a 5-minute walk from the condo. The only drawback was the person upstairs would pace back and forth often, which we could hear while trying to sleep.

Great location! Cute place!

This property was a close walk to the beach and updated nicely! It has a Murphy bed that helps with using the most of the space. We had 4 adults in our group, so it was a little tight. It would be perfect for a family with small children. The bunks are best for kids so it was a little close for adults. It was a little warm, but owners supplied extra fans to use and each area has a ceiling fan. During our stay, the shared laundry area had a broken washer, so we were not able to wash towels. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

Disappointing Stay

Unfortunately, we found the place disappointing. There were several maintenance issues to which management company was very slow to respond or responded with "this is best we can do". For example, dishwasher had a broken part so that only the bottom rack worked; bathroom shower leaked badly to which management originally said "just try to close it all the way". It took them two days to send a competent repair person. If you have Verizon, there is no reception in and around the condo. On top of that, WIFI did not work at all during our stay. Management responded that it's provider/network capacity issue and they can not help with it. Old, scratched up pots and pans. Generally, the place needs major upkeep and lacks any sort of hospitality. It is not worth the price.

Nice, small, family oriented property. The room was nice and comfortable. My only complaint was that since it has a wall unit and no central a/c, the bathroom was HOT all the time.

Place is small- new it was but pictures made it look a bit bigger. Proximity to a fantastic beach is its best asset for sure. Served our needs very well. MANAGEMENT RESPONSE Hey Jamie! We really enjoyed our stay at Paradise30A. The studio was extremely clean, very charming and the kitchen was very well equipped. They provided enough pillows and covers for everyone. The best part is how close it is to the beach. The pool was a very good size and was kept clean. We felt save in the neighborhood. There are shops within walking and baking distance, and also Helen State Park is very close. We definitely recommend this studio, and definitely would come back.

Nice place.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice room and close to the beach. The location was the best. The AC was very loud and will keep you up if you are a light sleeper. Big note: Our bed was not cleaned from whoever stayed last, sheets were dirty and bed was not made. This concerned us on what else had not been cleaned. Luckily, we found clean sheets in the cupboard and change them ourselves. Also, our cleaning lady showed up an hour early which may or may not have been her fault. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and may be back soon.
