Fully appointed kitchen features quartz countertops and all the conveniences of home. Dine inside at the table & bar, or enjoy your meal or favorite beverage on our spacious balcony -- ideal for watching the sunrise or sunset over the beautiful gulf waters.

The Summit resort is family-friendly, boasting 2 large swimming pools (1 heated in winter), indoor & outdoor hot tubs, poolside tiki bar, onsite convenience store, fitness center, game room, picnic areas with charcoal grills, basketball court, tennis courts, & shuffleboard courts. Condo was nice with everything we needed. Its great being able to take the stairs from the 3rd floor if you want to. It was actually a nice family environment surprisingly with it being spring break. The lady working the office during the day was so helpful and sweet!

Great location. Nice place .loved access to pool and beach. Ran out of hot water Negative, smell that we couldnt get rid of when youvwalked in the door. Used plug ins , candles etc. Besides that lovedvthe place Ran out of hot water

This property is well maintained and has everything you would ever need. My husband and I stayed for the month of February and we hope to return for many years to come. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for cooking/baking. The Condo was very clean and the Location is ideal. The property manager was very attentive and relied immediately if we contacted her for anything!

Summer trip

The condo was exactly as pictured. The Summit has changed some rules, like the pool closing at 8, and the elevators are usually a long wait, but the condo itself was great.

Condo was on 3rd floor so could use the stairs. Beautiful view and the outdoor pool/hot tubs were nice. Would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is very nice, comfortable and well equipped. The view from this place is awesome with beautiful sunsets & dolphins swimming by. All the amenities at this location are a nice bonus too. We will be back again!

Easy access

This truly was the perfect place for my mom who is paralyzed and her 84 year old friend and I to stay. It was so joyful and wonderful. Everything is easily accessible. We were able to get to the beach without any fuss. People were kind.

LOVE!

We enjoyed this rental so much. Super clean, loved our first time at Sunbird. Nothing but positive things to say about the unit itself. The only downfall was the elevators kinda took awhile but nothing at fault at the owner, can’t wait to stay again! Really enjoyed the low level floor so that we could quickly take the stairs instead of waiting on the elevator.

Nice condo

Very clean unit . Great location . Nice to be close to the elevators and the third floor gives an awesome view of the beach. Loved the heated pool. Nice to have a Tiki- Bar and also Bikini - Bob’s on site for food and drinks without leaving the condo.

Nice family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Unit was very clean and had a great assortment of kitchen gear. Master bed was very comfortable. Security and staff at complex were top notch. Elevator stayed backed up but unit was easily accessible from stairs. Definitely would stay here again!
