Great stay

Great stay…

Karl has a really nice condo in an older building of The Dunes Of Panama. There wasn’t a thing we needed when we arrived. Everything was just perfect and we’d love to stay there again. The communication with Karl was nothing but spectacular. Can’t wait to come back.

This is a great place. Great sunset views from the balcony. Beach access couldn't have been any easier. Karl was great to work with. He's very attentive and accommodating. Karl also gave some very good restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredible Gulf View

This was our 3rd year in a row spending February in Panama City Beach. This was the best condo by far! Beautiful Panoramic view of Gulf and beach with no obstructions. Large nicely decorated first floor corner unit allowed access to beach and pools without use of the elevators. Karl was a wonderful host with clear communication! The master bedroom had a Firm foam mattress relieving arthritic back and shoulder pain that I have had for several years. Now I have to shop for a new mattress! :) We definitely plan on staying here again!

The view!

We had an amazing stay. The condo is located in a gated community, condo on the first floor that had access right out to the beach. 3 pools to choose from. The view from the room was amazing- Even when you were not at the beach, you felt like you were.

Great vacation condo!

Great view of beach and nice quiet location! Large and spacious condo. Karl was very accommodating and worked hard to make sure we enjoyed our visit. Condo A-105 was very well furnished and met all our needs. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent Views!

Enjoyed our stay very much! Karl was super helpful and accommodating. The condo had everything we needed, and then some. SUPER clean, which we are very picky about. Very conveniently located away from the busiest of the Spring Break crowd, yet close enough to get to everything quickly. We definitely plan to return!

Fantastic location with great views of the beach and ocean. Enjoyed this particular condo very much. The complex is aged but located down away from the commercialized area of PCB which makes it quieter.

We absolutely loved the condo and the views are amazing from all the windows and the balcony! Great for families with kids. Karl was by far the best host we have ever had! We will definitely be returning soon!

Spring Break

Great location. Fall out of the condo right onto the beach! Host was extremely attentive and accommodating and promptly responded to any questions about the area, etc. that we had. Great restaurants up and down nearby. Beach was beautiful and relaxing. Just what we all (wife, 3 children & 2 dogs) all needed! Definitely recommend!!

Best Vacation Yet

My family and I have been coming to Panama City Beach for years. This is 100% the nicest condo that we have ever stayed. Karl was awesome. He made the entire rental process very simple. The condo was extremely clean upon arrival and was supplied with everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be renting this unit again.

Amazing view!

This was our favorite place we've ever stayed at in the Florida panhandle area! What a gorgeous view!! The older members of our crew appreciated the short walk to the pool and the beach. We also loved that our sweet dog got to stay with us! We will definitely be back at some point.

As a repeat guest cannot be more pleased with our stay in this nice condo last week.

This is our second time my wife and I, including our little Yorkie are staying at this condo. The owner Karl was very accommodating as always, being sure that everything was to our complete satisfaction. Can't wait to go back again as soon as work allow us this year.
