Nice and cozy...gives you the "home" feeling...with an ocean view. Loved the decor. Very nice unit with so much extra (chairs, boogie boards, kids beach toys). Thank you so much for letting us stay at your place in our "Happy Place".

We are very grateful to Barb for a wonderful stay! We've stayed at Ocean Villa several times before (the location can't be beat!), but this was our first year staying with Barb and it was our best yet. 8 Day Stay in late July. Easy parking, pool and beach were great. We didn't use the grills but lots of folks did. 2 bedroom unit on 6th floor was easy steps during busy elevator times. Corner unit so fantastic balcony views. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Plenty of towels and hot water. Beds slept great. What else can you ask for??? Great time and would quickly book this unit again!

The condo was clean, well decorated and stocked. The owner even had some beach chairs but we brought our own. There was a small hiccup with the AC but the owner responded quickly and had it taken care of. The location was great and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and Walmart. If we had made it in time, the owner allowed early check in. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We had an amazing experience with our vrbo stay! The property was very clean, in a great location, and felt like home away from home. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had. I've rented many places through VRBO and this was one of the nicest I've stayed in. The accommodations were very nice and comfortable. The view of the beach and sunsets were fabulous. The big balcony made it very nice just to hang out on the balcony. When I come back to Panama City Beach, I'll rent this one again.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The large balcony was so private and peaceful, just to sit out and enjoy the ocean view. Barbara was great. Always answered questions quickly, and was kind enough to ship something back to us that we left. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo is very nice, clean, spacious, well decorated and well located. The balcony is fantastic! If you are staying out of season, you may want to bring some beach chairs. That is the only think I wish I had during my stay.
