Luxurious Large Studio overlooking 30A nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach

New Listing!
Luxurious Studio Suite Condo overlooking scenic 30A in Seacrest Beach nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach. Condo has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated throughout with the latest amenities and brand new furnishings. The Condo sleeps 2 with a cozy King Bed and plenty of extra space. The studio has a separate sitting area with a full-size sofa and 65 inch smart TV. Studio is also equipped with a kitchenette stocked with a Keurig, microwave, dishes and a mini refrigerator. Deeded Beach access is located a short walk (.25 mile) from the Condo. Tram that runs March - October is also available directly from the Village.

Condo resides in the family friendly Village of South Walton complex. All guests will have access to 2 Heated Pools (when temps are cold) and a Hot Tub on the grounds of the complex. Gas Grills available for guest's use also located at the pool areas. With plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, beach stores, boutiques, and the onsite Seacrest Sundry grocery mart, there is no reason to leave your beach escape.

Unit comes with 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels, starter sets of shampoo, soap, toilet paper and paper towels.

Great weekend getaway spot. Plenty of room for the 2 of us and a great location. Checkin and check out was seamless. Beach access was nearby. Lots of great shopping and dining within a short walk. Overall great stay.

A perfect getaway!

We had the best time on our trip here! The location was perfectly situated between Rosemary and Alys Beach. We never used our car. It was just as pictured! We hope to return!

Great location

My friend and I had a great experience with this rental. The decor was great, everything was very clean and the location couldn’t be better. The beach was a 5 min walk, Rosemary Beach was a 5 min walk and it was convenient to have everything from a small grocery store to bike rentals right at the property. We’d highly recommend!

Great location!

We had a really great stay from start to finish. This condo is a perfect location within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Condo is equipped with everything you need for a weekend away. The beach chairs & towels were a great addition. The bed is very comfortable and the condo is decorated so cute! The owners were quick to respond and overall we had a great stay! We will for sure be returning!

Lovely Place

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect location to the beach and convenient to stores and restaurants. They have an amazing crepe restaurant for breakfast downstairs. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. The luggage cart by the elevator made it easy to unload and load our things. We definitely recommend if you are looking for a quiet and convenient location in Rosemary.

Perfect for a couples getaway!!!

This condo is absolutely perfect! It was bigger than we even expected! It was super clean and the bed was nice and comfortable. We loved the location! Walking distance to beautiful Rosemary and Alys beach for restaurants and shopping! The tram was great and we never had to wait more than a few minutes for it. We also enjoyed the live music in the square each night. We can’t wait to come back again!

The location was fantastic, bed was super comfortable and very clean. Only downside is the beach. Now, that most bleach areas are considered private you have to share a small piece of the beach with all the condos, made the beach ridiculously crowded. You are better off going to the public beach

Beautiful but not functional

Beautifully decorated unit but just not enough storage. A small chest of drawers to allow visitors to unpack would help with organization The single closet houses the beach gear - perhaps make the entry a mudroom to free up space & add hooks for wet swimwear and towels. Just needs a place to “hide” your belongings. Otherwise it’s lovely space

Perfect studio for my wife and I in very convenient location, right in the middle Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We did not have to use our vehicle a single time during our 4 night stay. Pretty much everything you need is in a 0.5 mile radius of this location. Tram service to take you to/from the beach picks up in the back by the pool, which was convenient, but the deeded beach access that comes along with this rental is only about a 0.25 mile walk, 5-7 min away. Convenience store and other shops and restaurants located on ground level was an added bonus.

Amazing Trip to 30A

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful studio. It's in a great location that is in walking distance to both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. The bed is very comfortable, A/C worked great, clean, gorgeous decor, and communication with the owner was great! It was the perfect place to stay during our visit to this gorgeous place!!

Good location, could be better upkept

Location was perfect and host was very responsive and accommodating. However, the Wi-Fi went in and out, the lights flickered, the shower did not have good water pressure, the beach umbrella that was provided by the host was broken so we ended up having to rent one, and could have been cleaned a little better in the bathroom. The people upstairs were also extremely noisy at 6am. You can unfortunately hear all noises from above.

The place was clean and as promised however, the building was having the roof ripped off and a new one installed. When we arrived at 4PM, the men were finishing for the day so no problem. The next morning at 7AM, they equipment and noise started. By 9AM, the whole studio smelled like strong glue. A horrible smell. Other tenants came out into the hall and all were asking if everyone was smelling the glue. We opened the windows and left for the day. Came back later that evening and the smell was just as strong. We left the windows open all evening even though it was mid 40 degrees. Luckily, our stay ended the next morning. It should have been made clear that there was construction taking place at the building and there were chances of strong glue smells. We would not have booked if we knew in advance.

Great location!

My Husband and I booked this over the weekend for our anniversary. Great location and easy to walk to Rosemary or Alys beach. Loved that they had a Starbucks downstairs. We also took advantage of the hot tub/pool. Be aware this is a studio and is great for a few days. The decor was nice and bed was comfortable. Also had a farmers market on Sunday morning that was great and live music both Friday and Saturday while we were there.
