    Get away from it all at this fantastic beachfront condo! This 1 bedroom / 1 bath condo sleeps 4 and has all the comforts of home in a beautiful beach setting.

    This condo is one of the very few 1 bedroom condos in Panama City Beach with the master bedroom facing the Gulf. You have full views of the ocean from your bedroom, living room, even the kitchen! It's our home away from home, and we know you will love it as much as we do. We created a beautiful setting inside the condo to match the incredible gulf views outside.

    You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

    ***Long Beach will have construction workers present through first week of April 2026 (depending on weather). Guests may experience some loud noises and see workers present. During this time, the beach access will be located at Tower 1, East Pool and Hot Tub are currently open (between Tower 1-2), Center and West pools are scheduled to reopen last week of March (tentatively). We apologize for the inconvenience. ***

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The living room furniture was a bit dirty, but I’m sure it gets a lot of use. The bed was very comfortable and the condo was nicely furnished. We got in very late at night, so it would have been nice to have some Keurig coffee pods already in the unit for a morning cup of coffee, but Walmart was an easy walk to get the few things that we needed. The view of the water from the balcony was beautiful and we loved the easy access to the beach. We would certainly stay here again.

Very comfortable mattress and pillows. Not too firm and not too soft. Huge balcony. Remodeled kitchen with nice appliances. K-cup style coffee maker. Sofa is a bit uncomfortable for a heavy person, but the love seat was better. 3 small issues. Front door lock is difficult because it no longer lines up perfectly with the lock space in the doorframe. Just have to move the door slightly to find the right spot a few times. Balcony only has two rusty chairs and small tables. Not comfortable. Would be wonderful if they put some money into patio furniture. The entire place looked freshly painted except for the toilet room/shower (separate from vanity/sinks) ; back of the door needed to be cleaned and it had hair on it. There was some hair in the shower and the bathroom floor. Garden tub is dated but gets the job done. Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom. All in all it was a lovely condo. Would visit again!

Beach Getaway

The condo was nice enough. Updates had been made in the kitchen and bath. Appliances and outlets had been updated in those areas. Tub area could use more updates. The living room was small, but the furniture was noticeably stained. I took my throws, so it wasn’t an issue. The lights are clear glass in the kitchen and bath. They needed to be cleaned because they were noticeably dusty. The bedroom was very comfortable and had plenty of storage room. Door to patio was very hard to open, but we managed. Outlet on patio didn’t work. The view was great! There was plenty of room for furniture on the patio, but it only had two straight back chairs. The floor area of it could also use an update. The condo building itself could use some updates. Our building had two elevators, but one stayed torn up most of the week. We noticed a horrible smell in the room near the elevators much of the time. Gym needed repairs. Pool chairs needed cleaning. We had a great time, but I do think I will go back to this condo.

This was a great place to stay. The beach was amazing and the updates were awesome! However, I believe the balcony furniture needs to be updated. The legs were rusted on both chairs.. otherwise we would stay here again for sure.
