Located on the 9th floor of Laketown Wharf, this spacious (1681sq ft), lake view, condo has three bedrooms (all with king beds), a bunk nook and three bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. The primary bedroom has a lake view and direct balcony access. The en-suite bathroom has a garden tub, walk-in shower and double vanity. A washer and dryer is also in the condo.

Laketown Wharf Resort, in Panama City Beach, is in the heart of all the fun. It is located near many attractions, restaurants and water activities, with its very own private beach access located directly across the street. Laketown Wharf Resort holds an impressive reputation as one of the largest resorts in PCB. This property is situated along more than 50,000 feet of Lakefront Boardwalk and has a seemingly endless list of amenities to choose from.

Fabulous Experience!

This place has it all! It's got a huge balcony with lots of seating. The rooms all have king beds in them and there is plenty of space to spread out! It is very clean! It had everything I could possibly need in the kitchen! We absolutely loved our stay. The customer service was exceptional. They were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We will definitely be staying here again. I highly recommend this unit!

Dirty Condo and very loud air conditioning

The condo had not been cleaned. Floors dirty, bathtubs, showers and toilets were dirty. All the sheets were full of sand and hair. The dishwasher had dirty dishes. The air conditioning unit was so loud that the kids couldn’t sleep on the bunk beds.
