Located on scenic Hwy 30-A, Mistral 8 is a one bedroom plus bunks, one bath condominium in Seacrest Beach. It sleeps six and is perfect for your couple's getaway or family vacation. Wake up to bright sunshine and crashing waves and enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony directly overlooking the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast. Mistral Beach is Private and only for our guests and owners. Build a sand castle, fly a kite or rent bikes and enjoy the miles of paths that start and stop at your door. On the first floor of a small 24 unit community, the views are absolutely breath taking. Recently updated, it is very clean and new. There is a king bedroom, built-in hallway bunks, a full bath with washer and dryer, kitchen, living and dining areas and Gulf-front balcony. This Beaches of South Walton location is right on the bike path and convenient to Rosemary Beach, Seagrove, Watercolor and Seaside boutiques and restaurants, while being in a less crowded, family friendly area.

Highway 30A is a 20-mile scenic shore tucked quietly between Destin and Panama City Beach, Florida. Speckled with artsy villages, rare coastal dune lakes, upscale resorts, funky beach bars, world-class restaurants and 25,000 acres of protected habitats, Florida's Scenic Highway 30A is the birthplace of 'New Urbanism' and is also home to the most beautiful beaches in the world. You will find yourself returning to Mistral 8 year after year.

We had a great trip!! Everything was as advertised in the listing, and location was very convenient. The private beach was so nice to have - public access was always super crowded. Renting chairs and umbrellas through LDV was a breeze, and Ethan with LDV was so helpful. We'd definitely recommend Mistral 8 to anyone traveling to 30A.

Fantastic stay!

If your looking for a great, clean place to stay right on the beach then this place is it! Loved waking up to the waves and beautiful view! Condo was very clean and met our needs. The kids definitely want to come visit again!

We had a wonderful stay. The room is small and cozy for a small family with young children. Access to the beach is a big plus. Communication with the host was great and we had everything we needed. We have been coming to this area of Florida for a long time. You can’t beat the convenience of the location and price of the room.

Relaxing Stay

For 5 days, we relaxed on the patio overlooking the Gulf. Right on the beach, we were able to be on the beach in no time. The condo was comfortable. We’ll be back.

What a great location and wonderful customer service!

Mistral #8 is a fantastic location and breath taking views of the ocean right out your back door. The ease of direct beach access on the first floor from your private patio made the stay even that much better! Angela, provides a quick response to all questions and provides a rental that is clean and provides all the basic necessities for a vacation from home.

Perfect for us

Mistral 8 is perfect for a romantic get away. My husband and I loved that its on the end so provides a little more privacy. The patio was perfect for morning coffee and evening wine listening to the waves and watching the sun rise and set. Hope to be back soon.

Perfect for a Couple

This one bedroom condo was perfect for my husband and I. The ocean views were amazing and the place was spotless and had everything we needed. We loved being able to walk down to the beach right from our patio. Angela was a great host and very quick to respond to my emails. My husband and I have stayed in the Mistral condos before but this is the first time to stay in this particular one, and we loved it. It was very clean the decor was cute and fun. We loved being on the bottom corner cause the sunsets were wonderful. Hope to be going back this fall but if not we will definitely be back next year!

Great location, neat property

This property is as described in photos and previous reviews. Neat, clean, with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay! And the location is magnificent!!!! Right on the gorgeous beach, which in October was almost empty of people, especially in the mornings. We are a family with three young children and this condo worked perfectly for us. We were concerned at first that the top bunk bed has no rail, but our six year old slept up there with no problem at all. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Thanks for a lovely visit!

Cannot sleep!!!

The alarm was set off every night the whole week. My husband who is knowledgeable with this tried to help the HOA and was shut out. Terrible location for a master bedroom!!

Cute beachy condo

Have stayed along the gulf coast for over 20 years in various sized properties. This one bedroom is one of the best. Very cute beachy vibe and plenty of space for a one bedroom. The hall bunks were comfy and the bed in the bedroom was great. Bath and kitchen were both good size and well equipped. Nice that we had laundry and dish soap for a few loads. Angela was so great to work with. Very quick to respond and answer any questions. We had a bit of bad luck with the tide washing out and exposing some rocks directly in front of us. That has NEVER happened in all my years visiting but thankfully by the end of the week it was mostly covered back over. Can't change mother nature! The only thing to be aware of if you are traveling with older guests or little ones where you might be carrying a lot of stuff down to the beach......there are a lot of stairs and they are pretty steep. The beach is just not quite as wide here so it is not a gradual walk down.

The property is in a great location. Easy to get to PCB, Sea Grove and other areas. The kitchen has all the basic utensils you will need to cook easy meals. The view from the porch are stunning. And the shore walk to the beach tops it off. The property has floats, skim board, sand toys for lityle ones. Which we have never seen and it is a plus.

Amazing Vacation

We’ve visited 30a before but not beach front. This stay was so amazing, the location to the beach and everything else is exactly what we were looking for. Angela the property manager was prompt in all replies and very helpful. Ethan working the chair rental was extraordinary. We were able to bring our own beach chair/ umbrella set up but the last day we also rented chairs/ umbrella for extra shade and less work. The condo was very clean, and exactly as advertised. We loved everything about our stay and hope we can visit again soon.

Thanksgiving Overflow

We needed additional room due to the number of family members celebrating Thanksgiving together on 30A. The unit was very clean and well appointed at check in. The views of the sunrise and sunset from this location at this time of year can't be beat and it was conveniently located to the rest of the family. Had a quick question for the owner and received a very quick reply with just the information needed. Would definitely stay again if we need additional room for future celebrations.
