Enjoy an unforgettable vacation at our lovely beach house named the LIONFISH INN located in the community of Grande Pointe in Inlet Beach moments from the sugar-white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in South Walton and to Lake Powell, a rare coastal dune lake. Tucked away just north of Scenic Highway 30A, this lovely decorated, 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath home has a delightful two-story floor plan with two covered porches. This is a family-oriented neighborhood, NOT A PARTY HOUSE!
As you enter, you will find 10-ft. ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors throughout the common areas with plush carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen has been designed with the gourmet chef in mind with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances including Electrolux stove and oven. The home is on a rare expansive corner lot with parking on a brick paved driveway. The bathrooms feature tile and granite with a bathtub and shower combination in the full guest bathroom and a walk-in shower in the master ensuite. The master bedroom is spacious and has exclusive access to a private covered balcony. Electric, 6-person golf cart available for guests.
