Located in the desirable Seachase Condos, only 64 unit and close to restaurants, bars and shopping.
Great floor plan with amazing beach views and convenient 1st floor location, quick and easy beach access .
The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the condo for privacy.
Every room has full beach view with patio doors.
Huge master with king bed and sitting area, walk in closet, separate dressing area and full bathroom.
Guest bedroom has 2 queens and private access to guest bathroom.
Tiled floors , kitchen and bathrooms.
Located only 1 mile west of Pier Park where there are so many restaurants and shops to enjoy. One of the oldest Bars on the Beach, Whiskeys, is a 5 minute walk and we are excited that we are soon to have an Irish Pub over the road !
Sand Piper Beacon next door has a great restaurant and Mikes Restaurant, a PCB legend, is a short walk to the west.
