ProsThe over stay was great. Most things within 30 minutes if you don't catch traffic. Good donut shop down the street. Walkable to the supermarket. The view was amazing and your right on the beach.ConsWent to extend my stay and was overcharged. I'm still trying to get the difference back. Beach chairs provided had a tear in them and didn't set up. The dryer has the wrong lint trap in it and wrecked several articles of our clothing.

A/C went out and we went 3 nights without AC. The bedroom light didn’t work in 2/4 of the rooms. We also had to go to the laundromat down the street because the washer is full of mold and mildew, the smell had the whole room stinking bad! Property manager said they could spray the unit and that’s it. After seeing previous reviews, I now see the mold and mildew has been a problem for years

The elevators for being on 22nd floor worked fabulous. Elevators always clean smelling -mopped frequently. Pool was kept nice and clean, water was warm and enjoyable. Our 4 bedroom condo very spacious. Floors were a little gritty upon arrival -kind of expected with the sandy beach right out the door. Condo was well supplied -with pots, pans, and dishes but no organization to cupboards constantly searching to see what was available. Major appliances in need of repair -dishwasher racks Refrigerator drawers -dryer so full of lint and sand it wouldn’t dry ( my husband took vacuum and cleaned it out-found a hair clip and underwire for a bra after removing -dryer worked better) however lint trap kept tangling the clothes ruined my brand new Nike t shirt.We are not hard people to please so enjoyed staying so close to the beach.

I didn’t read the reviews from previous renters which I should have.Issues:There were clothes left in drawer from previous renters.There was frozen food left in the freezer from previous renters.The vent in the dryer was the wrong one for this dryer so the vent stood out. It destroyed 2 bathing suits and one shirt.There was a hole in the wall in one of the bedrooms.The mattresses were very uncomfortable. They need replaced.The kitchen has no pantry. No place to put non perishable food. Had to take up all the counter space.

Condo is beautiful Location is wonderful. Weather was absolutely beautiful. However, the condo was not clean properly floor was dirty could not walk barefoot … smelly dirty water in the bottom of the wash machine I didn’t realize it till after I threw my clothes in… Otherwise it was a great vacation..

The condo was great and was in the perfect location. This was our first trip to PCB and without a doubt has been our favorite U.S. destination thus far. The only downfall to the condo is the elevators (a little bit slow but they were working on fixing the second one so this may not be the case when that gets fixed) and the fact that someone kept taking our parking spot.

Very nice, Kitchen well equipped, cozy enough, but big enough for large family gathering (inside and balcony) clean with a few missed items (coffey pot culture project and mildewing towells in washer smelling up the laundry/bath). But hey, based on the scope of the whole package, easy fix on our side. Ŵe appreciate the amenities and the beautiful setup of the condo. Yes, per previous comments I can wholely confirm that the mattresses are needing replaced. They have a foam topper in the closet if you want to strip the bed and put it on. Over all, very satisfied. This was a beautiful unit. Loved that every bedroom had a bathroom. The room with bunk beds could use a ceiling fan (too hot in that room). We had no issues with the elevators! We were worried about that being on 22nd floor but was great. The parking garage was tight but doable. My only complaint was we had a non-working coffee pot and had to buy one because we requested a replacement that we never got. Our host was fast in responding to any questions I had though and had maintenance there quick to unclog sink! Overall, it was WONDERFUL! We would stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was decorated nice and in a great location. However, it was dirty, very dirty and the elevators STUNK BAD the entire time. The beach was amazing, crowded, but amazing.

We had a blast staying at the Ocean Ritz. We had an amazing view being on the 22nd floor! The only complaints we have is honestly about parking! We found it really annoying to pay what we did for the rental and then only had one parking pass basically because even the overflow parking lot was always full. We had to spend an extra $100 just for parking for the week. Other than that we enjoyed the condo!

The location was great. Had issues with air leaking for the 1st 2 days. First night was super hot and uncomfortable due to air not working, couldn’t get answers when asking for help. Didn’t get parking passes until day 3. Finally got those and air fixed and the remaining 2 days were great.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was great. But we all had to go out and purchase foam mattress toppers. We even left the one on the queen bed. I would have given it a 4 except the beds are THAT bad. Everyone ended leaving Friday night, we saw reason to stay for a bad nights sleep and for a 9 AM checkout. Check in is 4 PM and check out is 9 AM, you loose alot of time with this property management company.

This was a great unit for our family vacation! Loved the location and the beaches were beautiful! There were however a couple of issues with the unit. The kitchen is a very small galley kitchen and pretty tight for a family of thirteen! The refridgerator needed to be replaced! It was very noisy, the ice maker did not work, and it ran constantly! The washing machine was not very clean and had an odor - we cleaned it before using which definitely helped! The only other issue was there was actually sand in some of the beds which indicated to us that sheets had not been changed!!!!! We also found sand throughout the unit on floors and behind furniture. We loved the unit but the cleaning of it left a lot to be desired!!!
