Located in the Sunbird Beach Resort, this hotel-style condo features incredible ocean views from the open-concept living area and spacious balcony. The coastal-chic interior offers a full kitchen with a suite of appliances and ample cookware. After beach days, unwind for movie nights in the cozy living area. A TV sets the scene for movie nights, while a sofabed provides an added sleeping option.

This oceanfront oasis is just steps from the sparkling shoreline of the Gulf Coast. Take a leisurely stroll or a quick drive to nearby shops, eateries, and attractions. Perks include central air-conditioning and high-speed WiFi. This condo is also snowbird-friendly for year-round fun.

Things to Know
Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful beach vacation!

We needed a relaxing beach type vacation and that is what we got. Beautiful building sits on the best area of Florida's beach. A short walk from beach restaurants, local stores, and a walk along the beach! Having private access to the beach is relaxing and made us feel secure. I can see us making a habit out of us returning to the property year after year!

Beautiful Sunbird condominiums!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this week! This was our first time staying at Sunbird and we were very pleased. Our only negative was low water pressure in the shower. We will be back!

Beach access was good but the condo needs updated water pressure in bathroom was slow and kitchen faucet was weak had hair in tub and floor the couch bed was not comfortable kitchen sink was manageable

Good stay

The property was clean. The views were great! Out only issue was with checking out. This seems to be more of a Vacasa issue however. We purchased the late checkout option which meant leaving at 2:00 pm rather than 10:00 am. House keeping showed up at 11:30 to clean. They left but when we left to walk on the beach we were unable to get back into the room. This happened last year with a different unit in Sunbird. Luckily we had already gotten our things from the room and just left early.

Babymoon trip

I would have gave this a 5 star rating but my husband and I were surprised to find out when we got there was had to pay $40 parking pass/wrist band fee. Also our first day on the beach we found out chairs and umbrella is only included with some of the rooms others have to pay 20 dollars per chair daily. Other then those two surprises off the bat we had a great trip, room was clean and had a beautiful view.

Overall not our best Panama Beach experience. The condo itself was just ok. The dishwasher practically pulled out of the cabinet when you opened it. Zero water pressure!!! It was like showering in a light drizzle. The public restroom at the pool was gross! The toilets should have been replaced a decade ago. Just not impressed.

The condo was clean and had awesome views. However, the fridge did not get cold and we had to throw away groceries we had bought to cook that was very disappointing! There is construction going on, but other than that would stay again at this facility! Would have loved to have known about the fridge/freezer because that was money wasted.

Great location

Location perfect, during the construction the balcony was closed all the time. For cleaning its was funny, everything was clean except floor. When we arrived, just put all stuff in the living room, and then sitting on the sofa.....and look the mirror, everyone has very dirty foots. The owner send me messages to check in , how was cleaning inside , i send him pictures ours foot. He say, we can fixed. I say its fine, next time check in cleanup. The weather was perfectly, pool working during the construction. Dining everything close, walking distance. Nice, recommended.
