Find yourself daydreaming on your private 26th-floor balcony with your favorite drink in hand when you book a stay at this bright Panama City Beach condo. With views of the emerald blue water and sugar-white sand from every room, you'll be dying to go outside and soak up the year-round sunshine. Luckily, there are many ways to do this! Direct beach access can be found on the property for those sandy toes, yet the shared pools, hot tubs, and the tiki bar are also great places to get the perfect level of sun-kissed skin. Plus, a fitness facility, theater, and game room will keep you busy inside. Taking a break back at home base will be a great idea, as the central AC will be ready to cool you off and the full kitchen will come in handy for those vacation-worthy snacks and dinners.

You won't find a better location than this when it comes to Panama City Beach. It may be hard to convince the group to leave this perfect oasis, yet venturing out to Pier Park or Russell-Fields Pier and the plethora of restaurants and shops will be a breeze less than a mile away. If you brought the little ones along, they will be dying to check out Gulf World and Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf. If you are feeling extra adventurous, head over to Panhandle Helicopter and take a helicopter tour to see the coastline from a unique perspective!

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful Stay - Few Negatives.

My stay at Tidewater was wonderful. Very nice amenities with three pools, four hot tubs, and a few restaurants/ice shops/Starbucks within the building. Our room with Vacasa was wonderful. The 26th floor was a little daunting but once we got used to it, the view was incredible. Beds were comfy and everything was functional, updated, enjoyable. Our only issue had to do with a slow draining shower drain, which was fixed within 2 hours of our complaint. Easy to work with and a great place to stay.

Beautiful view!

This is a great place to stay. The view is spectacular. The staff a super friendly and helpful. The sofa and loveseat could be replaced, but sufficed. The dishwashers has an issue that needs to be seen about as it stays on the clean once finished. We let the office know and maintenance came out promptly. Overall, this was an outstanding vacation!

An hour wait for the elevator when we checked in. Unit was clean-ish but not pristine. I sent pictures to the help desk and there was trash, broken glass and hair throughout the unit. The beds were just meh. The view and beaches were the best part, of course. We overall had a good time!

Condo needs a good cleaning and new furniture. Both couches were so nasty that my family didn’t want to sit on them There wasn’t anything in condo for the pull out couch. Patio furniture is in bad shape WiFi is horrible

Disappointed

Let me first say the view was gorgeous that was best thing about condo. The rest was very disappointing. Let's say that the bedding was horrible. They didn't have a complete sheet set on the bed. It only had a flat sheet and a very thin wrinkled bed cover. We had to purchase blankets. The bathroom had mold on the shower curtains. Also didn't have a toilet paper holder so it was on the counter. The kitchen didn't have adequate pots and pans for a family of 6 to make dinner and we in terrible shape. The couches in the living room were very stained and worn. The washer had a sign on it to only use small load. Last but not least only received 1 trash bag and being a beach condo had to purchase towels to go to beach since only getting 8 towels for the unit for 3 days. So overall it was not a place I would consider returning to and cost us money just for simple comforts such as blankets and sheets.

Elevator Issues

The condo was clean but the problem comes with the elevator we waited 20-30 minutes for an elevator multiple times. I would not recommend this location if you have small children.

Peaceful and the views were amazing

The condo had everything (except a hairdryer) that we needed. Close to shopping and restaurants - right on the beach - and the view from the balcony was just beautiful. Perfect off-season time.....no crowds or elevator wait. Will stay here again!

Great Location but Poor Mgmt

Checking in was super simple and the gal at the desk was excellent. Elevators in this place are ridiculous. Heard two elevator techs talking about them and one guy said this location, by far, had the worst wait for elevators if any resort on the beach. Parents clearly aren’t watching their kids, or maybe they’re the ones telling the kids to run from end to end pushing the buttons of all the elevators on a level. Someone on the property needs to be managing this issue because it’s completely out of hand. Now, the unit itself, great view from the balcony, if you can get the door to slide. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Dirt in the sliding door rails, beyond nasty. Some dishes had food stuck to them so we washed everything before we used it. Light fixtures haven’t been dusted in who knows how long. Master bedroom had some sort of science experiment growing in the toilet. Mildew all over the shower curtain. Bottle caps down inside the garbage disposal in the kitchen sink had been there so long that you couldn’t even discern what brand they were from. I paid a cleaning fee? Really? It got a quick half ass cleaning job to make it appear clean on the surface. I realize everyone is short handed because the federal government wants everyone to wait for handouts and be beholden to them but standards have got to be met. If I owned this property and I knew it was this dirty and poorly managed I would be beyond embarrassed and completely pissed off. It is a property with so much potential. I will not stay at Tidewater again due to the elevator issue and housekeeping.
