No need to go to the first floor for refills, the third floor features a wet bar with a refrigerator and sink (no ice maker). Two masters with king beds are located on the third and second floors. One has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower and the other has a rainfall shower and separate tub. Hardwoods and granite throughout make this house first-class all the way. The second bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed and a small sleeper sofa with a private bath with double sinks & beautiful granite countertops. Downstairs the final bedroom has 3 twin beds and a double bed. Doors from the main area and the twin room access the fourth bath. All the bedrooms have balconies. You won't want to leave the house, but you must, to enjoy the 12,000 square foot pool steps away and the beautiful beach just across the street. A charcoal grill is available at the house if you want to cook out.


Beautiful Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach adjoin Seacrest and the town of Seaside is just 15 minutes away. Restaurants and shops are plentiful all along 30-A and you won't have to look far to find a spa including the Aquarius spa at Seaside.
