My spouse and I booked as this place appeared to have everything we were looking for. However upon arrival we quickly learned this was not the case! The balcony that see on this listing is not accessible as there is no door to get onto the balcony it’s simply just 2 large windows, we were willing to look past this until other residents/employees of this place were walking on the balcony where they were able to look right into our room for any privacy you had to shut the dark curtains, taking away your view of the ocean. Also you share a common entrance with another condo owned by this company that is quite noisy when people are coming in and out. It’s also advertises the pool, hot tub, and sunroof but all of these amenities close at 10pm. The employees of the building are some of the most disrespectful people i’ve met. You are watched on video surveillance 24/7 once you step out of your room. Be aware that you cant have any speakers at the pool, and that god forbid you make a mistake you will be confronted by not 1 but by 5 people. One night we were using the hotub and had a plastic container of watermelon with us within a few minutes of sitting down we were confronted by multiple staff members demanding to see our wristbands which I have no problem doing but they were beyond disrespectful saying this is going to be a $100 dollar fine for watermelon!? I understand rules but are you serious! Don’t get me wrong we loved the beach but be aware of the absurd rules at this place!
