Escape to this adorable condo in picturesque Panama City Beach. This peaceful retreat offers a cozy bedroom with a queen bed, ensuring a soothing night's sleep for guests. The living room features an additional space with a comfy sofa bed, perfect for relaxation or accommodating extra visitors. With amenities like heating, coin laundry, WiFi, AC, pools and a fitness room, your comfort is our top priority.

If this is not enough to keep you busy, there are all the activities that beautiful Panama City has to offer; golf, kid’s arcades, go-karts, shopping, night clubs, Ebro Dog track, dining, antiquing in Saint Andrews, and a multitude of concerts, festivals and special events all year round. Being situated on S. Thomas Drive means you are literally right next door to Pineapple Willies, across from the Walmart shopping center, as well as Ripley's Believe it or not and the amazing wonderworks!! Play Golf at the Signal Hill, which can be seen from the Sunbird as well!!

THERE IS A $30 PARKING FEE AND $6 PER WRISTBAND (12+) FOR USE OF POOLS AND OTHER AMENITIES. THESE MAY BE PURCHASED AT THE HOA OFFICE M-FRI. 8:30-4:30, CLOSED ON SATURDAY SUNDAY. PRIMARY RENTER IS REQUIRED TO BE 25+ WITHOUT ANY EXCEPTIONS. ON SITE SECURITY WILL BE ABLE TO ASSIST GUEST IN AFTER HOUR ARRIVALS. IF YOU ARRIVE WHEN THE OFFICE IS CLOSED, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY WITH CASH FOR YOUR PARKING PASS & WRISTBANDS.
