Marisol Unit 103 is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, Florida. It is a three bedroom and two bathroom unit. The condo has been completely remodeled through out. It has new paint, new furniture, and new bedding. The living room area is complete with a sleeper sofa, additional sofa, and accent chair. The master bedroom has a king bed, sliding glass door to balcony, and private bath. The second bedroom has one king bed and access to second bath. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. The unit will sleep 6 people in beds plus sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you would need to make yourself at home. The dining area is complete with a large table that seats eight people The extra large balcony has a table with four chairs. The unit comes complete with free WiFi. You must be 25 years old to rent this unit. No Smoking and No Pets!!!

This condo is in a great location. Wave runner and Banana Bus rental is right outside along with the option for chair rentals if you so choose. Kitchen had all the essentials needed to prepare meals if not dining out. Our family enjoyed the 3 comfy beds and large dining table to play board games. We also enjoyed the large TVs for watching March Madness after being at the beach all day. I would recommend this condo and would likely book again.

Everything was so convenient access to parking beach pool, had 3 adults 3 teenagers and a 4 year old and plenty of room we all loved where we stayed and would definitely go again.

This is an amazing beachfront rental. The condo is large, clean, quiet, and has a great atmosphere. The beach view is amazing and super easy to get onto. Our parking space was visible right below the condo as well. Lisa is so helpful and was so wonderful to work with. We recommend this rental over and over.

Condo was an amazing location with beach front access, close proximity to shopping and restaurants, easy check in/out process and fun for days. Loved our stay and will definitely come back to this location. Large living room with great views. This condo made our mini-vacation amazing. Cleanliness was a bit spotty but this was no fault of the owner. Wasn’t sure the linens had been changed prior to our stay…

We love Marisol. A small building, not a high rise, that is peaceful with wonderful condos like this one. Well decorated and spacious for a family of 6 to just hangout and relax. Beautiful scenery of the beach from the living room, the master bed, and of course on the balcony where to spend most of our time. Thank you!

The condo was very clean, with good showers, beds and furniture. We had to contact the owner for a couple of small issues and help was always available. The location was excellent and the balcony a joy. During our winter visit it was quiet and peaceful. The only downside was the lack of some things we've usually found in rentals...hair dryer, any kitchen supplies such as salt, pepper, etc. and hand towels. Since we were there for several months we were able to purchase what we needed but for a shorter stay if would be convenient to have the basics. That said, we would happily return when in the area. The sunsets are spectacular and the condo is lovely!

I was worried about finding a place perfect for my family and I and then I came across this gem! Upon walking in, you can tell how clean and beautiful this place is. I always look for cleanliness. This host went above and beyond expectations. We would not want to leave the condo because it was so comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing! My family was in awe. This condo is in a perfect location ON the beach and it is well kept. The host was so easy to reach and we gad two parking spots. One right at the condo and another we didn't use but it was across the street. I would definitely rebook!
