Enjoy close proximity to the very best of Panama City Beach, as well as such wonderful resort amenities as free seasonal beach service, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a theater, an arcade, and a 4,300-square-foot gym with a relaxing Roman spa.

You'll find 124 stores, a variety of excellent restaurants, a Grand IMAX movie theater, and the Aaron Bessant Amphitheater three-quarters of a mile east at the legendary Pier Park. The famous Russell-Fields Pier is three-quarters of a mile east as well, Gulf World is one mile east, and Shipwreck Island Waterpark is three miles beyond. Spend a morning at Ripley's Believe It or Not! in the center of town six miles east, or time your visit to coincide with Gulf Coast Jam at Frank Brown Park one mile north.

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The unit appeared to be old and outdated. TV in living room never came on and technician never showed up. The balcony was covered with bird poop and my husband had to take the bucket & sponge and clean the chairs on balcony so we could sit in them. The furniture in living room was old and looked not very clean so we never sat on them. Had a very hard time opening & closing the balcony door. We tried to watch football game on TV in bedroom and it was foggy and not clear so my husband was very aggravated. The ladies @ the Vacasa counter were nice though. No complaints on them

Great condo beautiful view

Great condo with a beautiful view, nicely furnished and clean!! The kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals that I bought from buddy’s seafood market which is right around the corner!! The resort it self had so many pools and hotubs and everything you could ever want!! When I read previous reviews before our stay I heard people complaining about elevator wait times but I think the longest we waited was 15 minutes on check in the rest of the time never waited longer than 2-5 minutes for a elevator! For Panama City this place is very family friendly and was not overcrowded with spring break college kids and we went during spring break!! I would say 80-90% was family’s and kids then like 10-15% spring break college kids!! Wasn’t crazy on the beach or anything was very chill and relaxing!!

The view from the condo was amazing > everything was very clean > Vacassa policies and procedures were very top notch and even easy to follow. The condo was decorated nice. Flaws would be > Both toilets were standard size on the ground >Needs updated to tall ones. The shower in the hall bathroom needs a new door and frame > The microwave electric panel pushes in when using ( afraid of getting shocked ) > finally the couches need updated as well. Oh and the area floor rug slides when you walk on it because it does not have a pad under it to stop it from sliding , very dangerous.

Everything we needed!

Check in was easy and since we were traveling with teens who like a little freedom, I was pleased with the emphasis on security at the property. Kind bed was comfy and the property has everything you need. The floors were not cleaned well as they turned our bare feet black, but everything else seemed to be cleaned well. Overall, I'd rent this condo again.

It was not made clear in the beginning that a $37.00 parking pass fee would be charged and that you MUST check in with the parking pass desk before you arrive or the fee will be late and there will be an additional charge. A keurig pot , throws and blankets would have been nice. But overall the condo was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Family Vacation

Check in was pretty easy, however, there was a parking fee that I apparently missed in my email. So, be prepared for that. The elevator wait was HORRIBLE! Once we got into the room, we received a phone call from the front desk asking when we thought we would be arriving. I informed her that we was already checked in and in our room now. She said that the room had not been marked off as cleaned and wondered if it was clean. First glance, yes it was clean. There was a Fan sitting on the counter, which we just unplugged and left sitting there. The view was nice, but the door was streaky and cloudy. We unpacked and headed to the beach. The beach was wonderful. The indoor pool was very small and was always crowded. The hot tub was nice on day one, but after that it was only like warm. Told the maintenance guys, and it still hadn’t been fixed the rest if our stay. When we got back to our room the first day, we noticed someone had came into our room while we were gone and grabbed the fan on the counter. I did not like that at all. One of the exits to the beach was shut down so you had to walk outside and then back in to go to the beach, which was a pain. The beds were AWEFUL! You better bring your own blankets, because the only blankets they had was thicker sheets. The water pressure in one bathroom was good, but the other one was not so good. Hot water didn’t last long either.and one of the shower doors was broke. We were told to take trash out but there were only 2 bags provided. The DVD player in the room did not work, and with 4 kids on the trip, that was major GRR moment. We decided to stay in one night and order from the waves restaurant. I kept calling and calling to order and after the 4th attempt, I decided to just walk down there and order. It was about 5:00 when I got there, and they were already closed. Sign said closed at 8. SO we ended up having to go back to the room, get 4 kids ready and go grab dinner late. Another GRR moment. The ONLY thing that I can say good was there were security everywhere, which was very nice, and the only reason I decided to give this condo 2 stars. The theater was also nice, but never played any kids movies while we were there. I would not recommend staying at this condo.

Great view

The view was great from the 11th floor. The bed in the master was comfortable and we had everything we needed to feel like home. The entire resort is a little outdated however. The soap dish extruding from the wall in the master bath makes it a little tough to move in the shower because you are constantly bumping it. At least one elevator stayed broken our entire stay. The garage was secure and we felt safe while we were there.

Great location!

If your wanting to truly vacation, this location is Prime. Nothing beats waking up to the beach and falling asleep to the waves. It’s also on the street of many restaurants and stores. The Pier is a 15 minute walk. It was nice to have everything close and not have to rent a car. The inside is very light and cozy. Not the newest place but pretty decent with all amenities and full kitchen.

Have never encountered the chaos at this resort Tidewater. People waited 40 Minutes to get an Elevator, not acceptable! I’m 72 my husband is 76 , we climbed the stairs 2 times . We were On the 11th floor . I had 3 rooms booked for A family gathering . We will Never be back . Barely a 3 . Our balcony was so dirty we could Not even use it
