Pinnacle Port Beautiful C-3 5th floor 2BR 2BA unit newly renovated!!

This gorgeous unit is newly renovated and offers magnificent views of the beach, Gulf of Mexico and Lake Powell. Enjoy Pinnacle Port's fantastic amenities that feature two pools (one heated), tennis courts, shuffleboard and access to fun on the lake. Beautiful Camp Helen State Park borders Pinnacle Port to the west and quaint Carillon Beach is to the east with a cute shopping /dining district right on the lake. Owners and guests access Pinnacle Port through the 24-hour gated entrance.

Pinnacle Port Resort is situated on a 25+ acre site within a beautiful gated community having over ¼ mile of beach frontage! The complex has lots of amenities including two swimming pools, tennis courts sauna/steam room, fitness room, its own private freshwater dock with boat slips boat launch and wi-fi. Beginning March 1, 2024, this property will initiate an online registration process and there will be a $30 resort fee per vehicle. The link to register will be sent in a seperate email once the balance is paid in full.

The views from this condo are fabulous. You are not only looking right on the beach, but can look right down the beach to the west. The sunsets are beautiful. The owner, Patti, is very attentive and friendly. Very happy with this condo and will be renting it again next year!! Thank you Patti for everything!!

Beautiful view and condo

This condo has the best view possible of the beach and the bay. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked for any meal that you might want to prepare. The community ammenities are numerous. Very convenient to everything!! We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Condo on Quiet Carillon Beach

We have stayed in Gulfront vacation rentals from Destin to Panama City. Pinnacle Port Resort on Carillon Beach is by far our favorite location for a guaranteed relaxing vacation. This specific condo exceeded our expectations for cleanliness, kitchen utensils dishes glasses and furnishings. The owner and the rental company were responsive to any questions we had.

Beautiful apartment gorgeous view.

The apartment had everything we were looking for. We felt safe and appreciate that there is security. It was just the perfect size for our family of 4. I loved that the bedrooms had their own bathroom and that the 2nd bedroom had 2 double beds. The beach was quiet and I loved the amenities that were offered (shuffleboard, tennis, basketball and more). The pool was large and heated. It was close to the grocery store. We saw dolphins swimming in the water from our balcony. We would definitely return. It was a beautiful apartment.

Best Vacation!

First off the location was perfect. We did not want to be in the busy section of Panama City and this was just what we wanted. Since this condo is the last building in this area it was so private. This was the best part for us. The condo itself was clean, spacious and perfect for a family of 5. The view was amazing. We were not too far from shops and restaurants. And the biggest plus was being in a gated community. If you are looking for a more quiet beach, family friendly area and an amazing views this is your place. We plan on coming back next year.

The perfect place to get away from it all.

This condo was beautiful and had all of the comforts of home. Everything was in working order and the beds were so comfortable! The kitchen had everything we could ask for and the owner provided extra pillows, blankets, a few games, and even food storage containers for leftovers! The view from the balcony was amazing. We sat out every morning with our coffee while watching and listening to the waves and the seabirds. This location is probably one of the best in Pinnacle Port. It is right next to Camp Helen State Park and is the closest building to Philips Inlet which is beautiful and should be visited daily as it changes everyday! The layout of the inlet was always a bit different because of the flow of the water from the gulf and it is just a short walk down the beach. The dock is a wonderful place to fish and catch blue crabs so be sure to bring your fishing license! This condo did not disappoint us in anyway. And this spot on the gulf is so much more than just a stretch of beach. Its quiet and boasts a captivating display of the local wildlife. The ocean is an incredible blue and emerald green and is clear enough to see what's beneath the waves, and not just when looking from above! The sunsets are some of the most magical I have had the pleasure to see and one morning we awoke to a rainbow arching over the waters to the west. Stunning! I could go on and on, but suffice it to say that we loved this condo and this location. We will definitely be coming back!

No working stove/no working AC/Internet/TV kept freezing/going out

The week of Oct 16-23 started off badly as soon as we walked through the door. We noticed a small toaster oven, a hot plate and a crock pot with a note from the owner stating the stove was not functional as a breaker in the building had to be replaced before the new stove could be installed, which should take place that coming Tuesday. The note also mentioned that we could only use 1 of the counter top appliances at one time (was instructed not to plug multiple in at the same time). We arrived on Saturday so we were virtually going to be without a working kitchen until supposedly Tuesday. A family sized pizza wouldn't fit in the toaster over, with the little hot plates, could only use 2 pots at a time, plus being we could only use the 1 outlet at a time, no way to serve a warm dinner due to the shuffling around of plugs/appliances. The owner did leave a $45.00 gift card to a local pizza place, however 45 bucks does not come close to feeding a family of 4 for several days. As we were getting settled we weren't able to locate the remote for one of the bedrooms. While turning the condo upside down looking for the remote, I ran my hand through the sofas, I found quite a bit of sand. I will say the condo appeared to be clean, however good amounts of sand were found in the seating areas, and walking barefoot, your feed were quite dirty. We also noticed when we arrived it felt kind of stuffy, the thermostat was set to 68 and it showed 75. I assumed perhaps the a/c had been turned off, maybe due to no one being there so it would just take a while to cool off. Skip ahead to Tuesday, no one ever showed up to hook the stove up, no communication from the owner or property stating why the stove wasn't hooked up. We spent a considerable amount of money on eating most of our meals out, again due to the fact we had no way to cook for a family of 4. The AC still has not gotten to temperate either. I reached out to Emerald Coast multiple times and kept being old the AC would be fixed tomorrow. AC still was out when we left. It was over 85 in the unit, it was stifling. Only reason we didn't leave was because we kept being told, the AC would be fixed. The TV/internet kept going out as well, unable to watch a show in full/stay connected to the wifi. The owner/property should make this right and provide us a partial refund as the unit was not as described, no working AC and stove-not acceptable. I'd write more as there is more to share, but I'm out of spaces.

Lots of space to snack at the bar or have dinner at the table. Comfortable living area. Stock-piled with games for those rainy days. The balcony furniture includes tall, sturdy chairs and tall table for viewing over the railing watching the water and viewing sunsets. Bedrooms have so much storage space! Beds are on the firm side and have lots of pillows. Bathrooms, too have a lot of storage and quality linens. Washer/dryer works well. Passcode entry is so much more convenient than keeping up with a room key. We will definitely rebook!

The owner is very nice and accommodating. She’s gone above and beyond for us in the past and we haven’t forgotten! The condo itself is fabulous! We love it. The location and view are unbeatable and what keeps us returning. The beach and pools are wonderful. You will feel very safe here. However, the resort itself is a little dated and could use a few updates. In particular the lighting in parking areas, public areas, and stairwells. Also, the elevator was very hit or miss this time. That hasn’t been an issue for us in the past. It didn’t pose any huge issues as we are perfectly capable of taking the stairs but not everyone is. These issues have nothing to do with the owner but I do feel it is worth mentioning due to the cost of renting here as the rates continue to increase. At over $4000 for the week it would be nice to have these updates considered. Also, this year we had to pay an additional $35 for a car pass in addition to our rental fees. In my opinion this should have been included...along with beach chair/umbrella service as some of the others offer here.
