Look no further for your prime dream vacation! 48 Geoff Wilder, formerly "Grits Carlton", is located in the exclusive gated gulf-front community of Water’s Edge. This beach front community, borders Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach along the highly desirable Scenic Highway 30A. The four-bedroom four bath home has been remodeled with all new décor throughout including outdoor furnishings on the expansive porches and the beautiful lanai. Take full advantage of the largest private pool in Water’s Edge and perhaps all of 30A. When it is time for the beach, stroll the palm tree-lined pedestrian path that leads to the neighborhood’s private beach walkover. With only 26 home-sites and security gate, Water’s Edge has almost no car traffic.

Fabulous Family Vacay!

Everything was spectacular about the house. Well stocked, plenty of room and the beach is a short walk. Very nice having access to a private beach because the beach wasn’t overcrowded like some of the surrounding areas. Loved every moment of it and plan to be back!

First time on 30A

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time visiting the communities of 30A. We chose this property because of the pool and the newly renovated decor. It was lovely! However the pool had not been cleaned when we checked in and we had to wait at least a day for a crew to deal with that. Water was quite cold for end of April, so consider asking to have it heated. The home is very comfortable, a short walk to the beach stairs and included 2 beach chairs set up at the beach. However the home is directly along the main street that goes through Rosemary Beach. The driveway is on a private lane but the house itself does have considerable street noise from the main road. The view on the one side of the home is an adjacent tennis court complex belonging to the resort next store. This home is walkable to several restaurants and shops.

The house has new furniture and is super updated. The kitchen is fully stocked. The outdoor pool area is the biggest we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend this home!!
