Welcome to The Swords Beach House! This home is nestled in the quiet Laguna Beach neighborhood where the sugar white sands and emerald waters await you! One property, two front doors, with a private pool. Perfect for those who don’t want to spend every waking minute with the group.
Two separate living areas in one property affords the vacationer many amenities and extra privacy not found in most properties. One front door sleeps 6 while the other front door sleeps 4. The property offers two separate spaces, two kitchens, two master bedrooms, and 4 showers. Ideal for those who value privacy but enjoy vacationing with a group of 8 to 10.
Located in beautiful Laguna Beach in the first block off a Reserved Beach. Enjoy part of the day on an open beach with no hotels, condos or homes. The rest of the day enjoy your private pool with tanning shelf. The private pool also offers a large private shower with hot water. After a late evening swim, wash your hair and change into pajamas before leaving the pool area. There is a certain satisfaction in the ability to send the kids straight to bed from the pool.

This 4 bedroom/3 bath property comfortably sleeps up to 10 people and has everything you need to feel right at home. Both kitchens come fully equipped and open to the cozy living areas. Upstairs, two large sliding doors open to a spacious balcony – the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail! After a long day basking in the Florida sun, enjoy a refreshing swim in the large private pool or lay out on the tanning shelf. There is a gas grill and plenty of furniture to relax and unwind. Our guests are welcome to use our golf cart for quick beach access.

**Cancellation Policy**
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Stately” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”).* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Stately reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel including COVID-19.
