Are you ready for summer at the beach?! Our cozy beach house offers comfortable accommodations for families up to 7. We recently renovated the entire house featuring a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, new luxury vinyl flooring throughout, new bathrooms and perfectly-appointed beach decor that your family will adore. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, 32-inch HDTV and private entrance to a private bathroom with standing shower. The second bedroom offers a bunk bed with a twin and full bed which accommodate up to 3 grown children or adults, or 4 small children. This bedroom has direct access to the second full bathroom which offers a tub and shower combination. The cozy living room offers an overstuffed love seat, queen sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 and a large flatscreen TV. The dining area overlooks the kitchen with granite counters and open floor plan. The stocked kitchen offers amenities for all your cooking needs including an oven, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, flatware, glassware, grill tools and more. The adjacent bar overlooks the sunny Florida room which boasts floor to ceiling windows with views of the pool. Sliding glass doors lead out to the backyard oasis where you will find a private pool, lounge chairs, outdoor dining area with a charcoal grill, gazebo and palm trees for a tropical backdrop. It's the perfect area to unwind and relax. Guests have access to wireless Internet and digital cable. Don't feel like checking a bag? No problem! Our washer and dryer will let you clean your clothes so you can travel light.

Our cozy seaside retreat is a short walk to Panama City Beach's most pristine white sandy shores and is the perfect place to rest your head at night after a full day of adventure. Rent kayaks or stand up paddle boards from the nearby Bait & Tackle shop for water sports. We are located near the exclusive communities of Rosemary Beach & Aly's Beach where you can browse shops, ride bikes or go out to dinner. Pier Park is less than 10 miles from the house, which is close enough to get to the action but far enough to escape the madness! We hope you stay with us on your next trip to Panama City Beach.

Great location

Short walk to the beach, nice area, close enough to restaurants and grocery stores. House was big enough to accommodate a family of 4. Pool was a bit cold to swim in March.

Just what we needed.

The house is absolutely adorable. The pool is a little slice of awesome for when the beach is a no go. We stayed for 2 nights and the checkin/checkout was easy. I could of stayed for a lot longer.

Perfect for two

Spring Break trip to Panama

We had a comfortable stay at this lovely beach house with a pool, though not heated but am sure it will be a great plus during summer. Great location. Easy access to the beach.

Great House

We stayed for a whole week, neighborhood was quiet, close to less crowded beach, pool was perfect for cooling off in the afternoon. I would definitely recommend this property, and consider it again in the future.

Perfect little beach house!

The home was super cute and very clean. Having a pool was nice and we rented a golf cart though we also walked back and forth to the beach. Closest beach access isn’t by any huge condo towers so it was never overly crowded. Great communication with the owner. We would stay again.

Rental property was nice and clean, my family and I stayed there This June , close to shopping, Publix, Winn-Dixie,, away from traffic, Neighborhood is very nice, Property itself could use some TLC, especially around pool area . I would highly recommend This property for future rentals/vacation homes, Host was very nice , She was very Specific with her rules and regulations, I would definitely stay at this property again,

Nice Neighborhood, Very Quiet in the mornings, close walk to the beach, we rented a golf cart which made access to beach and restaurants easier!! Kitchen stocked very well, Owner was SO NICE , we had a question and she called us ASAP!! The pool was very nice and clean, really made the trip since beach was closed due to shark attacks.

Quiet neighborhood

Clean, open space. Just the right size for my family. Just a 5-10 min walk to the beach. Having a private pool was icing on the cake. Close enough to grocery stores and dining and far away from the chaos of all the people on fall break.

Perfect for our family

Great property for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids 8-10) we’ve always stayed directly on the beach in a condo, was nervous about renting a beach house away from the beach but it was short walk or drive to multiple beach accesses. This was our first trip with multiple red flag days and it didn't even matter due to having our own private pool. We spent a less on this trip due to spending a lot of time at the pool enjoying family fun making great memories with our kids. Great little beach house, great decor and vibe. Great location.

Comfy house

Overall nice comfy stay, the house was not extremely clean and trash cans full upon arrival. After all the fees it equaled out to about $500 a night. Had to strip sheets, clean out fridge, and take trash out before leaving. Communication was very well!

Beach Bliss

This getaway is ideal for both couples and families. My husband and I stayed here, and the place is simply adorable. It's small but surprisingly spacious—just the right size for us. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to whip up some great meals. The interior created a cozy atmosphere. The location was excellent! The host thoughtfully provided a beach wagon, making the walk to the beach much easier and saving us the cost of renting a golf cart. Everything we needed was conveniently nearby! The restaurants were fantastic, and there were plenty of attractions to explore. This was our first rental experience, and the process was incredibly smooth. This trip was unforgettable, and I can't wait to return in the future!

Panama City vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from the beach. The house was smaller than the pictures made it look, but it was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Pool was small, but felt great. The pool was a little dirty, but the pool guy came by once and cleaned it. In the homeowners defense, it was stormy and windy a few days which blew a lot of leaves into the pool. Only “issue” we had was that I found a lizard in my shoe one morning, which I could only assume came in through the crack under the front door. Overall it was a great stay in a nicely decorated home in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but was just a short drive to the activities when you wanted to go shopping or out to eat. Would stay here again when we come back to the area.

A perfect bungalow for a couple or small family. We took our golf cart and enjoyed the evening ride through the neighborhood and easy access to the beach. We cook, so it’s nice that the kitchen was well stocked. The king size bed was very comfortable, we like a firm mattress, so winner for us. We used the pool every morning after our morning walk and then in the evening after we returned from the beach. This was our second time renting the property and plan on returning again. I give the property 5 Stars.
