Experience "Big Chill" vibes at the community's large resort style pool w/zero entry, just moments away from your door. The pool is heated in March-April and October-November. 2nd Prominence community pool located on South side of Prominence. Coastal Palms is perfectly positioned near the beach in sought-after Prominence!

***IMPORTANT*** When submitting a reservation request, please make sure to monitor your VRBO account for our response. Hosts will respond back to you immediately.

Rental notes: The main renter MUST be at least 25 years of age and be staying at the house with their party for the entire stay and must be willing to sign the Legal Rental Agreement. Also, anyone in the party that wants to drive the LSV (low speed vehicle) must be at least 25 years of age, provide a photo of their valid Driver’s License, up to date auto insurance card and email addresses. No animals permitted, to avoid damage and severe allergy issues.

Wonderful Stay!

We had the most wonderful stay here. The owners were wonderful communicators and were available if we needed anything. The condo was stocked with everything you could possibly need and more! It was beautifully maintained. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to visiting again!

Great Family Spot/Vacation

This is our third time staying within the Prominence community. This house was clean and a perfect fit for our family of 4. 2 adults and 2 children under 5. Beds were comfy and the house had plenty of towels. The amenities like the gulf cart, bikes, beach towels, etc were a wonderful plus! I would recommend anyone to stay there.

Great Beach Get Away!

Loved this location and our quick golf cart ride to Deer Lake Beach. The pool was very clean and well maintained. Great hosts provided everything we needed for our stay. We will be back!

Cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Owners provide all the gear for the beach, including bikes and golf cart! The owners really go out of their way to accommodate their guests and stay in touch. Perfect beach vacay for the family!!

Best vacation EVER!

We had the BEST time in Prominence. The location was perfect for our family of 4. The pool was beautiful, it was directly across the street to the Big Chill, which we walked to multiple evenings, and the golf cart was loaded with everything we needed for a day at the beach. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We felt very safe and made friends with many of the neighbors. We will absolutely be back next year!

Lovely Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Coastal Palms! It is beautiful, immaculate, cozy and perfect for a family of 4. They have everything you need/want for the beach - chairs, tent, wagon, cooler, towels, etc. I texted Aleisia for various things & restaurants recommendations throughout the week and she was always very quick to respond. She was always extremely helpful. I highly recommend Coastal Palms!

Our family stayed at this beautiful condo for a few days and had a wonderful experience. It is immaculate and well located. Also, it has everything you would ever need for a trip to the beach.
