PCB family vaca

Southwinds Condo K5 was in nice, quiet section of PCB. Condo was roomy and had pretty much everything needed. Beach access was right across street and pool was close. We really enjoyed our stay.

This place was quiet. We loved the location. Unfinished previous repairs, unwanted roaches, dirty front porch, and rusty falling apart furniture will keep us from returning again. With a little TLC this would be a gem

Want to be on front street, but away from some of the traffic? This is perfect!

The home was as pictured. It was very clean and had extra towels and linen. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Grab ground coffee and filters if you have to have your morning coffee. Just enough room for me and my two boys. Away from all the traffic and beach access right across the street. The only issue I had was the door for the bedroom balcony was hard to open and close. The perfect get away for at least a family of 5-6.

My Stay..

When we arrived to our condo the door code didn’t work. I talked to someone on the phone and they had to give me another code to get in. That took about 30 minutes. When we entered the condo, it was clean, but I did notice a few bugs crawling on the curtains in the front window. I hate bugs!! When my family wanted to unwind and take a shower, there was no water in neither bathroom. The faucet was off so we had to call Vacasa about this matter and they told us that they would have to put a ticket in for maintenance to come out and handle this situation. 4 hours later, maintenance finally came to fix that issue. In this time my family was very frustrated and irritated because this was an inconvenience for us. We were on vacation 6 hours away and had to go through this. The next day arrived and we went out. When we arrived back to our condo, we were locked outside. The door code no longer worked so I had to call Vacasa again to get a working code. That took about 40 minutes before we got back inside. This was very irritating and frustrating for my family because we couldn’t enjoy ourselves for these issues we encountered. It was totally an inconvenience for us and we won’t go through Vacasa for vacations anymore.
