Gorgeous, spacious Florida vacation Gulf front condo located on the 12th floor, offering 2 bedrooms, plus a bunk area, and 2 full baths with 1,299 sq ft of living area. The master suite and living room are on the Gulf and open to the expansive balcony for the ultimate Gulf and coastline views. The master suite features a king bed with a garden tub and separate shower in the master bath. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and has access to the guest bathroom with a shower/tub combination, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for comfortable sleeping up to 8 guests. The living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TV’s & DVD players. All linens and towels are provided throughout your stay. Other features of this luxury condo are granite countertops, full sized side-by-side refrigerator, flat-top stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All utensils, pots,pans, dishes and washer & dryer.

We had a wonderful trip. The resort complex and the condo unit was very nice and exactly as pictured in app. We like all the Christmas decor and activities available (including Santa and Mrs. Claus in the lobby). The owner was easily accessible and very helpful. We’ve already rebooked for next Christmas.

Terrible experience

We had a horrible experience communicating with the host on issues when we arrived. Condo smelled, couches not usable, sheets dirty, light didn’t work in one room, stove dirty and over all filthy. Never received wrist bands for pool. Communicated everything to host and VRBO and nothing was resolved.

We loved our stay!! Right on the beach, oceanview from bedroom and balcony. Lots of room. Excellent host!! Elevators were the only complaint we had but it was worth it. Best vacation will book again.

This condo was even better than listed. There were so many thoughtful touches like travel sized toiletries to flavor additives for waters. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and the view was fantastic. It was a little colder than expected on our trip but the balcony always seemed warm and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

34th wedding anniversary trip

We come to PCB every September to celebrate our anniversary but this is the first time staying here. We thoroughly enjoyed it and all that EMERALD BEACH has to offer. The condo was clean, roomy and had everything we needed. I would only suggest they replace the sofa and loveseat. Everything was absolutely amazing and I will def rent from them again.

Great For Families

We had a great time at this condo. We took full advantage of the kitchen as it had all the necessary utensils, pans, etc to keep three hungry teenage boys satisfied. I especially enjoyed the separate entrance from the master bedroom to the balcony. The unit was clean and updated and a great time. Will definitely be back.

Great Condo..Only One Complaint

This property was beautifully decorated and was very clean! I loved the location being close to Pier Park and having a Starbucks on location. My only complaint is the master bed is SUPER firm!! If you’re someone who is used to sleeping on a pillow top mattress you might need to bring a topper from home. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!
