Beachfront condo on the 4th floor. PERFECT FOR FAMILIES. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This spacious unit will comfortably sleep 7 in beds plus 2 on sleeper sofa for a total of 9. The beach and beachside pool are just steps away from your balcony.All photos are from this exact unit and were taken recently!

Please be aware that during the summer, we only rent from Saturday to Saturday.

LOCATION:
On Thomas Drive, this unit sits right on the beach on the quiet end of Panama City. You are just minutes away from Pier Park via Back Beach Road buy you can avoid the traffic , noise and parking decks of Front Beach Road.

WHO MAY RENT:
Families and Retirees are welcome. NO SPRING BREAKERS PLEASE! The Watercrest is a quiet family oriented complex. We have quiet hours after 10 PM that are strictly enforced. It's great for those who want to avoid the loud noise and traffic from party-type places along Front Beach Road or near the Beach-Front bars and restaurants. You must be 25 years of age to rent at The Watercrest. No exceptions. It's a non-smoking, no pets unit!

OUR UNIT:
Our 4TH FLOOR unit Watercrest unit is BEACH FRONT located at the center of the building and has a nice view of the pool as well as the wonderful gulf front, beach views. Not all Watercrest units have a pool view, ours does. It also has a DIRECT GULF FRONT unobstructed view of the beach from the kitchen, den, and two of the bedrooms.
This unit is 1440 sq feet! The kitchen is nicely equipped with new pots, pans, utensils, plastic ware, etc.. Fridge has an ice maker, new microwave vent hood, trash compactor, washer & dryer, central air and heat , dishwasher and, garbage disposer. We provide extra compactor bags. We provide all of the soap for the dishwasher. We have installed a nice key pad entry system. You don't have to take a key to the pool or beach and never worry about getting locked out! We will provide you with a key code that is valid for your stay only.

We have two gulf front master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One has a King and the other has a Queen. Both have balcony access. The third bedroom has a Queen and a Twin. We also have a sleeper sofa and a baby crib but if you use these, bring your own linens.

THE BALCONY:
The balcony is very large and you can access the balcony from either of the two gulf front master bedrooms or the den. We have a table with 6 sling back chairs as well as two lounge chairs.

AMENITIES:
Free high speed internet is provided.
Each of the three bedrooms have their own bath, stocked with plenty of towels including beach towels for your convenience.
We have smart TVs so use your Hulu or Netflix without casting.
Beach chairs service is available, for a fee, from the service provider from March-October.

We have a good selection of board and card games and over 50 DVD's. We've added a brand new bean bag toss and ring toss beach games for your fun.
You'll enjoy the many amenities that Watercrest has to offer. The Watercrest has a tennis court, a shuffle ball court and, indoor racquetball court. We have a large pool, a kiddy pool, a huge hot tub, men’s and women's fitness rooms each with a dry sauna. There are also charcoal grills on the grounds.

PARKING:
Watercrest parking is stress free. The parking lot has an ample number of spaces. Parking is very near the elevators. You won't find yourself stressed out in a loading/unloading zone. Your rent includes UP TO TWO free parking passes. A maximum of two cars per unit are allowed. No exceptions.

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT AT THE WATERCREST.

This property was perfect for our family. Only 4 floors up so you get the beautiful sunset views across 2 master bedrooms and living room and easy access to elevator to get to pool and beach. Highly recommend and we will definitely be renting again. ❤️

Wanda's condo is very comfortable for us. The bedrooms are nice size, and the living room and outside deck are spacious. We love PCB and enjoyed our time here.

Communication with Wanda was excellent. The coffee pot broke on day 2 of our stay and she had a replacement that day for us. The condo and area is very family friendly which is exactly what we were looking for.

This is the second time we have rented at Watercrest. We had a fabulous time. The 4th floor was perfect for the pool and ocean view. We watched dolphins every morning and the sunsets were beautiful. The space and amenities were just what we expected and we can't wait to come back.

This is our second stay at the Watercrest, first stay in this rental. We love this location due to its proximity to St. Andrew’s state park, and the amenities at the rental (pool, tennis, beach front, easy beach chair rentals etc.). This rental was great for our family. From the 4th floor we had a great view of the pool and the ocean. The owners were good at communicating and the rental worked really well for our family. I would recommend staying at this rental and I would definitely rent this place again. If you come to PCB, I highly recommend doing a sunset dolphin cruise through St. Andrew’s State park 10/10!

This condo was so perfect for our large crew, very roomy and the best view! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed on the fourth floor and in my opinion it was the best height to see all the beautiful views and not feel like you were too high up! Beds were super comfy and plenty of furniture for everyone to spread out in the evenings! Communication was effortless with the owners and they provided everything we needed and more especially in the kitchen! We will definitely be back!

My experience here was absolutely wonderful! The beach area is extremely clean and convenient, and the complex has several fun amenities, such as the communal pool, hot tub, and tennis court. With these, the beachfront, and all the nearby PCB activities in town, this condominium is perfectly located. The condo is quite clean, has nice bathrooms, and features a beautiful view, especially for sunsets. Carefully decorated, the condo radiates a constant euphoric and soothing calmness.

This was a great rental for the family. We came in for our family Christmas gathering. The rooms were great and very comfortable. The beach was quiet except for the sound of the waves. Pretty white sand and clear water. Sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee was extremely relaxing. There were plenty of room for family a christmas tree and gifts. Very Nice. Owner communication was the best. Thanks so very much!

Wonderful condo for our family mini-reunion vacation, with plenty of room for 2 families in the pretty apartment. Fabulous view of ocean & sunsets. Facilities very well cared-for by staff & kept very clean. Condo well-equipped with plenty of extra bedding, beach towels & kitchen stuff. Owner very responsive to questions & requests! The kids really enjoyed spending the night on the lounge chairs on the balcony. Our group included a handicapped adult, and facitilities were good to accomodate his needs: elevator, lovely & easily accessible deck with pool, hot tub & ramp down to beach. I would definitely recommend this condo to other families!

This was our first trip to PCB, and we had a fantastic stay. We were very impressed with Watercrest. This was the perfect building for our family. It was quiet and well maintained and monitored. The pool deck and pool were cleaned every day. The Tiki-bar at the pool was an added bonus! We loved the unit - especially the balcony. The provided beach chairs worked out very well and the young man setting them up was attentive and very helpful. In the unit Wanda included a folder with helpful information about the building, beach, and area. As a mom, I especially appreciated seeing the information about drowning and rip currents. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Wanda!

During the past 15 years we have stayed in many beach condos and this was definitely one of our favorites. Many owners will claim that their condos are fully equipped, but this one truly is. The kitchen really does have everything you need…very high quality cookware, appliances, etc. Our favorite thing was the electric grill on the balcony. Very convenient for lunches. We also had a couple of dinners on the balcony while watching the sunset….very nice…saved money & gave us a break from the crowded restaurants. It was also possibly the cleanest condo we’ve ever stayed at. The complimentary beach chairs were great. Location was good, near Wal-Mart, restaurants, etc. 4th floor was nice – there was never a wait for the elevator. 3 bathrooms meant less stress & time used up coming in from the beach & getting ready to go out. Absolutely loved the keyless entry system….sometimes little things like that can really make for a more relaxing stay. There were many little touches like that which were very much appreciated. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home with us, Wanda. You were right, we loved it.

Watercrest is one of the best condominiums on Panama City Beach and this is an excellent unit to choose in this complex. The owners have taken everything into consideration in furnishing this 3 bedroom condo, from the well- stocked kitchen to the electric grill on the patio, and every other possible "need" in between. The newly renovated unit is both lovely and comfortable with an awesome view of the gulf. Unlike many of the most recently constructed condominiums with the narrow layout that only provides a very limited "gulf view", Watercrest is designed with a much wider,rather than deeper floor plan that broadens and maximizes the view of the emerald water and sugar white sand. The fourth floor is the perfect height to stay in my opinion, just high enough for privacy, but without being too far away from the ocean scene. The eastern location on the beach is my favorite part of PCB, providing a quieter and less congested environment, while still very convenient to all the major sites. Schooners is within walking distance. The owners could not have been more accommodating in providing a quick response to any questions and were very friendly and wonderful "landlords". Although I live in Panama City, staying here with family members, visiting from out of state made me feel miles from home, and on a very relaxing vacation. The value of this 3 bedroom is one of the best on the beach, and I've stayed at many. I don't plan to stay at any other condo in the future, except for this unit at watercrest. It will be my number 1 recommendation to Any friends or family members looking for a place to vacation on Panama City Beach.

Location was great - we were far enough from the heavy traffic to get to the grocery store quickly but only a 25-30 min drive (with traffic) away from Pier Park. We had 5 adults, 2 teens, and a toddler and had plenty of space. Wanda was a pleasure to work with - she was easy to reach and very responsive. The condo itself was close to 2 sets of elevators and being on the 4th floor, taking the stairs wasn't bad. Parking was super easy.

We had 9 people staying in this condo and it was a great stay. We had plenty of space. The balcony was gorgeous and we enjoyed it every day. Location was great close to tons of restaurants and St Andrew's Park as well. The pool was nice and clean. There was a tiki bar on site. Kitchen had plenty of supplies and we were able to make everything we wanted with what was provided. Bathrooms were good sized and clean. I was able to communicate with the property manager very quickly and easily. The beds were a little uncomfortable but not unbearable. Our only complaint was the baby bed/portable crib. I would not consider it a safe sleep place for a baby. We ended up renting a crib from another company for the week because it was a very run down crib. I would rather just have no crib in the room and be prepared to bring our own. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice condo that comes with a nice price as well!
