The PRIVATE Bid-A-Wee beach with gated access will give you the opportunity to enjoy quality time away from overcrowded public beaches! Seashell Cottage is less than 2 miles from Pier Park and very close to other major attractions and restaurants.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please start a load of beach towels in the washer. (It gives the cleaners a head start!)
Remove sheets from sofa beds before folding up.
Put coals from grill in the fire pit and secure the lid on the grill.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
