Great location but needs better cleaning.

Very nice condo that is updated and in the perfect location. However it was extremely dusty with lots of stuff swept up under the bed and bunk area. Not cleaned as it should be.

Beautiful beach getaway !

The unit is clean and I loved the slightly modern decor. The bunk bed mattresses are not so great. Ended up sleeping on the pull out sofa which was fine. Kitchen supplies were a bit sparse. Needs new eating utensils and some more glasses. Loved the placement of the electrical outlets and the air conditioning vents in the bathrooms. Having Schooners just next door was great. Pool area was very good with easy beach access. The amazing view off the balcony was OMG !! A guide book with how to use the TV remotes and where the closest grocery is would be very helpful. I would definitely stay here again !!

Amazing condo

The view is spectacular. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The decor sets the mood for the entire stay. We thought the cookware was limited so we purchased a small set to leave for others to use. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and the price was very affordable. This condo is well kept and in great shape. I highly recommend 1103 for anyone and we will definitely stay there again.

Great condo, Vacasa hmm?

Spent 1.5 hrs on property phone to get checked in and still no answer. Someone let us in building door with passcode and our passcode worked so we got into condo. Vacasa didn't tell us the gate code was the same for doors around the building. Wasted time with full bladders. Couldn't even get in a bathroom. There was dust and an opened water bottle under the bed. They didn't clean under the furniture. Vacasa didn't clean like they should especially during the time of COVID. I always carry disinfecting wipes and lysol though. The condo is great , upgraded and nice decore.
