Welcome to our stunning beachfront condo at Tidewater Resort! As proud owners of several top-rated properties listed on VRBO, we guarantee a memorable vacation experience. If you need more space we also have a newly acquired condo is a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit (also located on the second floor), providing breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Luxurious Upgrades: Experience comfort and style with newly installed luxury plank flooring, a custom-built Roman shower in the remodeled bathroom, and a memory foam King bed in the master bedroom. We have also added a Queen-sized Chest Murphy bed in the living room area for additional sleeping arrangements.
Modern Amenities: Enjoy the convenience of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar that seats four. Entertainment options include two flat-screen televisions for your viewing pleasure.
Resort-Style Living: Tidewater Resort offers a range of fantastic amenities, including oceanfront exercise facilities, a library, a free theater, and multiple swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) with hot tubs. You can also take advantage of the on-site café, restaurant/bar, game room, and convenience store with Starbucks (seasonal availability).
Age Requirement and Registration:
Please note that Tidewater Resort has a minimum age requirement of 25 for the registered renter. For every two guests under 25, there must be at least one guest over 25. Additionally, there is a $37 (plus tax) registration fee upon check-in. We highly recommend pre-registering at Tidewater Resort's website to avoid a $10 lobby fee.

The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked with linens and supplies. The location on the beach was wonderful. Also the unit is very convenient for parking and so close to the garage as well easy to walk down to beach. The pools are also very nice. We had a great time

Tidewater was great! First time staying there and we loved it!! The room was perfect, nicely remodeled. My wife and I just needed a few days away and all went well! We will definitely be back!

Nice place with lots of amenities. The weather was cool so the indoor pool and spa worked out well. We love Panama City Beach and this condo was very conveniently located.

This condo was perfect for the two of us. It had everything we could possibly need. The owners did an excellent job in decorating and making it feel so cozy. This 2nd floor condo was super convenient. No elevators needed!

Great condo! Extremely convenient!

We had a great time. The room is literally the first one once you enter the facility after the cross walk. Never had to use the elevators. Beautifully decorated as well. Owners were very helpful! HIGHLY recommended!

Nice condo and beautiful view

We can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s was super cute and cozy. CLEANNESS was very important to us and this place was spotless. It had tons of towels and other things things that you normally don’t see in rentals . It’s very close to the pier and pier park that offers tons of restaurants and activities for kids also. We will definitely keep contact with owners and be back again.

Nice Summer Destination

Great condo, perfect for a small family/couple. Great location within condo premises and short drive to all local attractions. Easy parking and the parking garage always had availability, even during this busy summer season. This is our second time renting this particular condo and we appreciate timely communication with the owners. We had all the information we needed well in advance to ensure a smooth check in. We look forward to future rentals with these particular owners :)

Perfect get away!!!! I will definitely stay again. Luckily it’s on the second floor so we didn’t have to use the elevators. They didn’t work. However that did not slow us down at all.
