This exquisitely designed tropical oasis is everything you are looking for in a coastal beach retreat. Boasting a total of 3 full bedrooms including two Master Suites with private luxurious bathrooms. Upgrades throughout include 10' ceilings and quartz counter tops throughout. It's the perfect location and the just across the street and just steps from the beach and all the shops and dining opportunities of Panama City Beach.

DETAILS:
The main level living space features expansive views of the private pool area and outdoor living space and provides comfortable seating for your entire group providing the perfect place for vacation movie night or game on the 65" TV. Featuring queen size sofa sleeper and love seat.

The expansive outdoor living space boasts an oversize pool (heated for an additional fee), spacious sun deck with a variety of lounge chairs, separate grilling area with gas grill and pool games. The pool area features plenty of dining and seating options so you can enjoy your time at the beach poolside.

The chef’s kitchen offers designer cabinets, granite counter tops and new Stainless appliances including a huge 4 door/drawer refrigerator. Coffee aficionados will love the Keurig coffee system in addition to a 12-cup drip coffee maker.

The open concept living/dining area features brand new furniture and décor. Adjacent is the dining table with seating for 8, while the counter offers seating for another 2 guests. The kitchen and dining area open to the living room which has near floor-to-ceiling windows, French doors, a flat-screen television and a vast seating group including a queen sleeper sofa – Just down the hall you’ll find a half bathroom.

Ascending the staircase to the second floor you’ll find the first master suite which has a private bathroom with an oversized tub/shower combination with frameless glass doors. Adjacent to the master suite on level two is another great room that features a 65" TV, game table and queen size sleeper sofa, a perfect area for the kids to chill while the adults enjoy some cocktails on the main level. The laundry room has new, full-size washer and dryer. Level 2 also features a spacious balcony with views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Level 3 provides a secluded sanctuary. Located on this level is Master Suite 2 which features a king bed, luxurious private bathroom with oversize tub/shower combination featuring frameless glass doors. Bedroom 3 features two bunk beds (4 twin beds), private full-size bathroom and a separate sitting area with flat screen TV – the perfect place for the young and the young at heart! It, too, has a shared bathroom. Level 3 also provides the best view in the house, boasting 180 degree sweeping views of the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico and Panama City Beach

Located in the heart of Panama City Beach, Living the Beach Life 3 is situated in one of the most desirable areas of the beach. The beach is just across the street and the County Pier is less than a half mile from the property. Shipwreck Island Water Park is also close by. Restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment venues are all within walking distance from Living the Beach Life 3. Pier Park is 2.5 miles from the property and is the entertainment hub of Panama City Beach. It is home to The Sky Wheel, Dave and Buster's, Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Grand Theater 16, and over 50 additional restaurants, shops and entertainment venues.

Excellent Location!!

This beautiful home is just a 3 minute walk to the beach. The two master suites and bunk bed room was perfect for our family with an adult child and teens. I love that every room had its own bathroom. There are great beach views from the 2nd and 3rd floor balcony. The private backyard and pool were the icing on the cake. I highly recommend this home.

Great property, Andy took care of us. Property could use a little more cleaning and maintance. Other than that thwy took really good care of us. Andy was a great with communication and really attended to the issue that needed addressed. Overall i would recommend 10/10

Wonderful Vacation

This was a wonderful vacation with family/friends. This house was very nice and the pool was great. The dishwasher was broke and there was a water leak under the sink but things break and this has been addressed. We will definitely stay here again. The 2 minute walk to the beach is very convenient and you do have views on upper decks. Lovely vacation. Thanks, The Payne's

We loved our stay. The house was clean, HUGE, and very accommodating. The Jamaican restaurant right across the road was absolutely delicious. 5 minute walk to the beach. Great area!!

Great location

We loved this place! It was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. It had plenty of room for everyone and the location was perfect. It was literally a short walk to the beach and we had two beach accesses to choose from. Once on the beach we realized how less crowded it was there than other public access spots. It was perfect. It was close to all restaurants and shopping. The pool was also great and we loved that it was fenced in for our pups. Would definitely come back!

Evacuation turned vacation

We had a great time at the house. We originally booked the stay for what we thought would be a few days as we evacuated from Hurricane Ida. However, due to the damage our home sustained we ended up staying for 10 days. Andy could not have been more welcoming, gracious, and accommodating. We are so thankful to have been able to entertain our family with the wonderful pool and beach, which made for a much less stressful evacuation stay than we would have had elsewhere. Thanks very much!

Such a beautiful property.

This house was perfect for my group as it not only had a nice deck outside with a pool but the beach was also a 5 min walk away. The house was decorated nicely and very clean and it came with all the essentials. Highly recommend staying in this house!

Very nice vacation home. Great amenities and fabulous location. Just 2 complaints: management stingy with necessities like toilet paper (2 rolls/bath) trash bags, dishwasher detergent (1 pod) and noise from neighboring house construction was disruptive (air compressor ran while we were enjoying the pool, pounding woke us at 7).
