Fun In The Sun

The property description and pictures are accurate. The Unit was clean and supplied with everything we needed and many extras. We have stayed in several units in Tidewater and this one was the best with many updates. Nancy is a great hostess providing us with all the information we needed for a comfortable stay. She is a great communicator and even checked in with us to make sure everything was acceptable for our stay when we first arrived. We will glady return. before and this one was the best.

Great condo

This condo was very clean and as described. It was such a beautiful place! Mrs. Nancy was easy to get in contact with and really sweet. Only thing that we didn’t like was the elevators, but that’s not her fault and we went during a busy time. But overall we had a great stay!

Perfect Spring Break Stay

Nancy's condo was a perfect spot for our family! It was clean and spacious! The location, a 1/2 mile to Pier Park, was perfect. Easy walk for dinner or shopping! The view was spectacular. Our kids really enjoyed the beach and even getting on the banana boat to go out parasailing. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful time at this condo. It had everything we needed although the garbage disposal did not work and the elevators were the worst. But over all a fantastic condo. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever in this area again.

Great vacay

Loved the property. Ms. Nancy was great to work with, very friendly. Plenty of room for 2 families with kids. Only drawback is the elevators. So much traffic, waits are very long. This is out of the control of the owner.

Amazing view

The condo was amazing, the view was even better, we had run into some issues with a toilet and when i messaged the owner she sent someone out immediatley and the issue was fixed. The biggest complaint i have is having to wait so long for the elevators, other then that, our vacation was great

Great Vacation

Condo was just what we were looking for. The 3 bathrooms made it so much easier with teenagers. It had everything we needed for our stay to include beach chairs and imbrella in the condo. We highly recommend this condo.

Unclean dishes out of cabinet and drawers. Floors filty,needed a good mop. Leak in one bathroom. Very long wait for elevators. Good pool and not far from beach.

Amazing Condo

Lovely home, great view.

We were with family for fall break. We found the condo clean and comfortable. The barrel style chairs in the living room were so comfortable it became my favorite place for morning coffee with the view out the patio door. Linda the property owner was so helpful and friendly you felt like you were dealing with a friend instead of business with a stranger. She was quick to respond to any question we had. My only complaint or point of frustration has nothing to do with the condo. It was so busy that week and the elevator wait was sometimes frustrating Other than that we enjoyed the property very much.

Family vacation

It was a great location with an amazing view from the ninth floor. We had everything we needed and plenty of room for everyone. The extra amenities for the pool were great. Great Getaway

The condo was very clean and well equipped for our stay. The new decoy was lovely. There were many kitchen extras and Nancy the owner was a pleasure to deal with. She was easy to contact and promptly answered any questions we had. We have stayed in many units in Tidewater and this was our best experience so far. We will defintely be back!!

Great condo

Condo was exactly as described. Updated decor, everything you need in the kitchen, very clean, and comfortable beds. Beach chairs and umbrella provided. A few steps to the ocean. Great place

We had a few bumps, but Nancy was great in getting everything taken care of. Or trip was perfect. The only downside was the elevators. We ended up taking the stairs the majority of the time with a newborn and his stroller, which was not fun. Other than that, the condo was great.

Good view

The view was great and there were umbrellas and chairs in the condo. Elevators were a pain. Expect long waits. I rated cleanliness a 3 because the floors were covered in sand and dirty. The owner was very nice and responsive to questions.

Condo was Great

The condo it’s self was great, except the room with the twin beds, it’s really a whole in the wall with the beds, it doesn’t have a door only a curtain so if a adult is using that room they will not have any privacy at all. Other than that every thing was nice clean and worked as expected. I will mention this and it has nothing to do with the actual condo it’s self, but if your visiting in the summer the elevators are horrible they are so slow we waited over 40 minutes for one. There are 7 but only 6 worked and only one in the parking garage worked the whole week. The stairs are hot and nasty if you plan on going that route, but I would definitely stay here again just not during the busy season.

Great location of building and condo, great view. The check in process can improve, many steps to complete and nobody is telling about them, like you are supposed to know what to do. But really my complain is about the cleanliness of the condo. Can improve also. The bathroom of the master bedroom had sand on floor, two of the sinks were clogged, and lots of sand on balcony. We called about the sink being clogged, but nobody came to fix it. Otherwise everything was great.

FAMILY VACAY

This is an aging property that needs updates. Elevators were slow but that is on Tidewater. Host Nancy was great and easy to contact. The buildings cleaning crew was not very good. This buildingnis in the older part of PCB and needs to be priced accordingly. Also the codes and bracelets dont always work. The pools were clean the gym was okay. Tip pay attention to the season there was a baseball tournament at the time and the kids loved to mash all of the elevator buttons. The view was a great and we were right on the beach. Would rent again when the tides aren't so bad.

A little overwhelming

The resort has the worst elevator system. During check in you wait almost 30 to 45 minutes to get on a elevator. We took the stairs main times to the unit on the 9th floor. The facility was adequate but not excellent. The unit was well maintained and clean. There was no parking for oversized vehicles (taller than 7ft) or accommodations without a $20 per day parking fee. Both myself and the owner made efforts to understand the parking before arriving and booking the unit. The resorts information changed and wasn't accurate upon arrival. The bell hop knew what do more than the front desk. The owner provides all the information upfront and tries to ensure everything you need to know is given in advance and she responds quickly to any questions or concerns. The amount of information is a bit more than I am accustomed to when renting a spot. Overall it was a nice stay once all the stressors of getting settled were completed.
