Welcome to Monterey B-102!

The Monterey is a small private gated community located along the shores of Seacrest beach. Gulf front and just steps away from the community pool, this unit is perfect for your home away from home while enjoying the relaxed atmosphere along 30a. While staying as a guest in Monterey B-102 you will receive complimentary **beach chair and umbrella set-up! (** Set-up includes 2 chairs,1 umbrella, and 1 table. Set-up is offered seasonally March 1st - October 31st.)

When you first enter this condo, you will notice the beautifully appointed open-concept living area. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are all open to each other, making this the perfect layout for entertaining! Relax on the comfortable living room furniture, and watch your favorite shows on the large flat-screen T.V.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals on those nights you want to stay in. Look right out your windows, and enjoy beautiful views of the gulf from the comfort of your own space! From the back patio, watch the sunrise with your morning coffee or enjoy the awesome sunset and sounds of waves as you plan your next day's adventures.

Just outside the sliding glass doors is a large green lawn, beautifully landscaped and convenient for the kids to enjoy a game of catch or Frisbee.

Monterey Condo is an exclusive gulf-front condominium on the south side of Highway 30A between Alys Beach and Watersound in the beach community of Seacrest. The gated complex is composed of three Mediterranean-style buildings, twenty-four units, and was constructed in 1999. Each floor has two units, so each unit is a wonderful corner unit. Its neighbors are condos, Capistrano, and Tranquility. Amenities include 275 feet of pristine beachfront, a heated pool, a private walkway to the beach, and lush landscaping. Walk to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, Bike on the famous 30A bike trail, and watch unsurpassed sunsets.

We really enjoyed our stay! We loved the ocean views from the dining room, living room, and master! We sat on the patio daily just listening to the waves was super nice and having private access to the beach was the icing on the cake! Can’t wait to book during spring/summer time!

This property needs a little TLC...BUT for the location, walk out to grassy area to toss a football, etc. and the easy access to the beach we would 100% stay here again and will definitely seek it out to book it. It is clean and comfortable and was perfect for our family of 5.

Location is perfect, master bath has mildew around the shower and trim that’s rotting. Front door looks awful, master shower is as small as a phone book. The door going out to patio has rust and appears to have black film on it. This place would be great if it was renovated and these issue are fixed

The Monterey B-102 was a perfect fit for our family. We loved the large bedrooms and the layout of the home. We spent our mornings and evenings sitting on the patio with a beautiful, peaceful view of the gulf water and a special bonus of having a grassy area for children (or adults!) to play between the condo and the beach. The sunsets were unbeatable. We chose to travel during September to have a calmer, less crowded vacation and we were not disappointed. We received a personal call from iTrip Vacations with a storm update which we greatly appreciated. We loved our vacation and made wonderful memories!

Wonderful location. So nice to be right on the private beach and be able to pop back and forth to unit. Downstairs unit and so convenient. We took a lovely walk every morning down 30A for breakfast/ coffee. Close to everything. Unit is older but absolutely comfortable and had everything we needed!

We had a great time at seacrest beach. The condo worked out great for us but could have been a little cleaner but still had a great time. The location was great! Right by the pool and easy access to the beach. The ocean was beautiful! Beautiful views from the condo also.

We have stayed in several houses/condos in 30A and this one is definitely one of our new favorites! The location is prime! We loved the private beach and not being surrounded by rows and rows of beach chairs. Easy drive to Seaside and Seacrest/Rosemary for shopping and eating out. The master bath could use a little work/fixing up.

Very nice place. I would expect, however, that the blades on the ceiling fans would be dusted more often so that clumps of dust doesn’t get thrown across the room when turned on. To have that much they probably haven’t been dusted in a year or more.

The property was well equipped with everything we needed including a box of beach toys! The updated kitchen was nice & large dining table fit our family well. The memory foam mattress in the mattress bedroom was so comfortable! We were expecting one bedroom to have two full/double beds from the pictures but we were surprised to find a king bed in that room. However, we were not disappointed by this! Overall great experience & would definitely book this condo again.

Pros: Great location, steps down to a private beach, close to pool, good sized bedrooms, comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Great communication with the property mgmt team. Cons: Smaller family room, dirty furniture, throw pillows and rug. Kitchen dishwasher and microwave need replacing, tableware was not cleaned properly, had to be washed before using. Pots and pans were old and dirty, couldn't find one good skillet to make breakfast. No additional bed linens at all. Heavy plantain shutters on the windows/door facing the oceanside obstructed a great view. Need some urgent upgrading.

We loved that the condo offered 3 king bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! My sons had so much fun staying in the bunk beds as well! The property is located close to wonderful restaurants and shopping that we were able to ride our bikes to! The beach was clean and never too busy. The beach service from Jake was great and we paddle boarded all week with dolphins and sea turtles! The only caution was that there was a decent flight of stairs down the dunes to the beach (stairs were well maintained and had rest spots, but somewhat strenuous for our grandfather). We had the pleasure of the meeting the condo owners and their family and they were the nicest people! This place is highly recommended for a family get-away!

The property was great for our group. Two adults and six children. Each of our sons brought a friend and this property was perfect! The beds were very comfortable for all. The backyard area was so convenient to use for spike ball and bocce ball when the wind was too strong to be on the beach. The heated pool was a lifesaver again because of the wind. The location was great to be able to bike to the Hub or to Rosemary beach. The older boys in our group loved being able to jump on their bikes and go. This was our first time coming to the area but it will not be our last!

We enjoyed the location on 30a. It’s walking and biking distance to Alys Beach and Rosemary. The complex has great amenities with the heated pool and grassy area just outside the condo, and easy beach access . This first floor unit is the most convenient for our kids to be able to easily access the pool and beach without lugging our gear up stairs. Even on the 1st floor there is a beautiful view of the water. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The property managers responded quickly when we realized the pool heater had been turned off. They reached out to HOA and the problem was solved swiftly! We would stay here again!

Our family and friends had a great time. Condo fit 3 families. Internet and cell service is not the best inside condo so dont plan to "work from home". But nice to get away. Also, bushes are no longer there. Landscaping company removed while we were there. This caused some extra insects around and in the place. Overall a great time though and will be back.

Spring Break 2023 had a totally different tone as soon as we entered B102. The views are outstanding, unit is nicely decorated & updated and the proximity to the beach is absolutely priceless. No more are the days of carting gear for blocks to search for a spot on the beach. Like many seaside properties, there is some wear and tear but it won’t impact your enjoyment of this property. We loved it and friends who visited fell in love. Lastly, the he green space was so clutch considering 6 boys with us. Lots of football, soccer, handball and more. Thanks for a great vacay spot to make many memories.

The property was as described and would recommended. No real issues but there was a couple things that could have been better. 1) The pool was dirty for all but the last couple days of our stay. Would be nice if this was cleaned daily. 2) Pool was heated but still very cool. Would be nice if they would turn up temp to make it comfortable. 3) Laundry room has no door that shuts so you can always hear it working. 4) Refrigerator does not open all the way so it can be difficult to take larger items out.

There were pros and cons to this unit and I would say mostly pros. Great beach access although lots of stairs...after all the beach is the star. Very comfortable best, plenty of pots, pans and appliances. Cons: the furniture is looking pretty shabby with slipcovers on the chairs ravelling and torn. We also had lots of internet trouble so much so that we could not call, email or text from the unit. All in all a mixed bag for the price I would say. ITrip as responsive as they could possibly be.
