Welcome to "Endless Summer!"

This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom PET FRIENDLY HOME is situated right along 30A, and has a great outdoor entertainment area, complete with a green egg, a ping pong table and a private *heated pool!! This 3 story cute coastal home sleeps 9, includes a FREE golf cart, and boosts gulf views from the 3rd floor balcony and family room. (The pool can be heated for an additional fee)*

On the first floor of the home is the "indoor/outdoor," family room living space. This space has ample seating for the whole group, as well as a green egg for grilling, and a ping pong table for extra entertainment. As you go up the stairs to the 2nd level of the home you will find a King guest suite, and bunk room with its own private full bathroom as well. The bunk room can sleep up to 5 guests, with a set of twin over twin bunks, as well as set of twin over fulls bunks. There is also an expansive balcony on this level with seating for up to 4 guests on one of the 2 porch swings! The washer and dryer is also on this level.

Making your way up to the third floor you are greeted by an beautiful open concept family room, and well appointed kitchen, complete with granite, stainless appliances, and an oversized apron farm sink. There is plenty of seating in this large family room, and a space for everyone to sit to take in the gulf views. Glass doors open up off of the family room to a large balcony with seating for 4, making it the perfect spot for your morning coffee, or evening night cap. Just off the main living area is a large bathroom with dual vanities, a large bath tub, and a walk-in shower! Also conveniently located on this floor is the beautiful master bedroom complete with a king sized bed.

"Endless Summer," is only a 3 minute walk to the nearest beach access, and when you return home from your day in the sun, you have your choice of cooling off in the outdoor shower, or homes private pool. This home also boasts a large parking area which has space enough for up to 4 cars!!

The house was recently renovated so everything is new and very clean. The beds were soooo comfy. We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed the view of the ocean. You’re a 3 min walk to the beach! My only cons are that because the house sits directly on 30A it can be loud with cars, but you can’t really hear it much when inside. The pool wasn’t heated so it was really cold for swimming. Overall I highly recommend 😊

It was a great property right on 30A with very walkable beach access. It rained one day we were there and it was great to have the downstairs area to hangout! Clean and good views. The only reason why I would not stay there again is that you have to either rent or bring everything! Some properties we have stayed at have bikes/chairs/some cooking ingredients (salt/pepper) etc. but this particular property had nothing so make sure you pack/buy everything!

The house was a great location to the beach. It was about a 3 min walk. We had a couple issues with the house and ITrip was very responsive and helpful. The main issue was the air in the upstairs bedroom not flowing correctly. ITrip said they will contact the owner and have it fixed.

Pool had algae in it and the pool heater didn’t work for the first two days (even though we paid extra for it to be heated). Backyard landscaping had not been cared for in months. Golf cart didn’t work all week. Outdoor furniture is all broken or dirty. The interior of the house is pretty however the air conditioning doesn’t work properly on the third floor, where the master is. Also, the entire home shakes when it’s windy or someone else walks through the house. Lastly, the house is right on 30A, which isn’t mentioned in the description.

I wish I could provide better feedback but unfortunately that is not the case. Location is great, however the house overall needs major outdoor clean up, with overgrown weeds, grass, it did not make it easy for the dogs to go use the restroom and or get pool toys which rolled to side (knee high). Most of the fans in the bedrooms, outdoor did not work, 2nd Floor outdoor furniture was broken (chairs on deck) In addition, the couches & living room furniture was very dirty. Even though the property manager confirmed they had been seam cleaned, there were stained all across them. The cost to stay here was not cheap and definitely expected more attentiveness and cleanliness for this area. When communicated to property manager there was a lack concern and was more of "our" problem and no action was taken to resolve the issues. Do not trust the picture posted for this house, they do not represent the actual state of maintenance needs required for this property.

The house was exactly as pictured and very clean upon arrival. We enjoyed the screened in outdoor area and pool very much but the grill about smoked us out since it was in the enclosed outdoor area (so open all the screen doors is you use it lol). The house is on an extremely busy part of 30-A so there was a lot of road noise and no chance of hearing the ocean, but is just a short 5 minute walk to Gulf Lakes beach access. We rented a golf cart to help with hauling stuff but discovered there was no golf cart parking at the beach access which was not ideal but not a big deal. The Big Chill is only a couple of minutes away and is the cutest area with outdoor food court and little shops to look around. There were a couple things that were broken or not working in the house and the property company was extremely fast to respond and had someone out within the hour each time. They either fixed the problem or brought us a new coffee pot for example. Overall we were very pleased with the customer service and property.

The property was great! Super close to beach access, porches were amazing! The pool that was great for little ones- lots of stairs, so be prepared if you have older or young people traveling! Hope to stay here again.

This property had a great location right in the middle of Seaside and Rosemary Beach. We had lots of options as far as things to do. Renting a golf cart made our experience extremely enjoyable and having bikes on the property was a plus! Only downside of this rental was the three flights of stairs and the swimming pool was cold. Other than that, we would definitely recommend this property.

We had a great time. Thought the pool might be too small but it was great! There is a squirrel that will drag anything you leave out, in various places😁 Walk to the beach was close. Very clean and comfortable home with well stocked kitchen. Some outlets don't hold plugs and master ceiling fan makes clicking noise. Portable fans need to be replaced as well. Chains on front porch swings are rusted through and need to be replaced. Other than those minor issues we were very pleased. Plenty of towels for use and a good starter supply of items. Nice credit for beach supplies. We enjoyed the outdoor areas. Very clean inside and out. A map to beach access would be nice. Had to call management company for this.

Where do I begin? This place is magic. MAGIC. This house holds space for beautiful memories to be made. I’ll never forget this trip with my family. My family made up of 4 adults, and 2 kids under 4, we had more than enough space. The house was spotless. Thoughtful design. Not beach cheesy at all, the interiors were elevated, and easy on the eyes. Plenty of extra towels, extra sheets, pillows, and multiple plug-in fans (which was a sweet surprise, being as I forgot mine, and need noise to sleep at night). It was a short walk to the beach entrance, and it wasn’t crowded the days we went. You can also see the water from the porch, which means you don’t have to leave to watch the sunset. We did one sunset on the beach, one on the porch, and one on the Camp Creek Lake bridge (only 5 min walk); all made me gasp. This location is right in the middle of it all... You have Aly’s Beach & Rosemary to your left, and Watercolor & Seaside to your right. But without the chaos, and congestion. The Hub is about a 2 min drive, which was perfect for a quick bite to eat. Our favorite, Black Bear Bread Co, was about 18 mins away, but a must if you are in the area. The pool was a little cold in October, but we didn’t let that stop us from enjoying it. There’s a little 4ft’ish landing where the kids enjoyed stomping their feet. There was also a fire pit, ping pong table, a grill etc., so no need to leave this place for entertainment. They also have lots of board games that my kids loved. 10/10 We will be back!
