This private, unique Gulf front home is the perfect layout for multi-family vacations. The bottom floor of the home has a kitchenette, a full bathroom, 3 bedrooms, and a 2nd living area! This is the perfect space to let the kids go hang out, while the adults in your group enjoy the 180-degree breathtaking views of the Gulf from the 2nd floor! There is also access to the fenced-in backyard, the private heated dipping pool, and the boardwalk down to the beach from this level of the home.
Upon entering the 2nd floor of the home, you are greeted by a gorgeous open-concept family room, dining room, and kitchen combo. This entire main level of the home is surrounded by windows, making your eyes instantly drawn to the amazing unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico! The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream! Your family will love being able to go directly from the beach, quickly back up to the privacy of your own home to cool down in the dipping pool (which can be heated), or lounge in one of the chairs by the pool. If the weather doesn't cooperate during your stay and ends up being cooler than expected, no need to worry, the home's private pool can also be heated for just an additional $25/night in March - Sept and $35/night in Oct - Feb.
